How do I live thee? Let me count the ways!?!
I needed special screws for a project. Called got an employee named Kurtis. He was clear and direct with what I needed, when I arrived there he was to help with what I needed! Please do not waste you time at bigger stores with perhaps ALL the things. They have what you need here plus speed, accuracy and willingness to help! Loved my visit . Wish I needed more today!

Wow, everyone was so amazing here! All the staff are equally happy to help you if you walk by them. They have tons of stuff, and whole hidden area in the back thats even bigger with absolutely everything you want and need for your home.
I hate hardware stores, but i can be here all day!
They also have The Pie Company pies ready for purchase!
10/10 staff!

I bought a grill and it was used (it was rusted on the inside and all the components were scattered). I drove 30 mins (1 hour each way) to get it during a work day. They have DoorDash service and wouldn’t offer to pick it up and deliver a new one - the manager spoke with the owner etc. Very poor shopping experience.
Don’t sell very worn and used items!

This longtime fixture in Castro Valley is well stocked and we'll staffed. Parking and access off of the busy boulevard can be tricky, but it's still the best choice in the area
