This is an amazing phone repair shop! The level of service and quality is outstanding! The owner is very friendly, professional, honest, and helpful when it came to my phone. He was able to answer any questions I had and he made my phone look good as new!! I definitely recommend this place for any phone repairs. Wonderful phone repair shop. Owner is very trust worthy, friendly, and honest. If you have any questions he will answer them to the best of his ability. The results of fixing my phone were pristine and good as new. 10/10 would highly recommend if anyone needs to fix or has any problems with their phone.

When my wife's phone was destroyed, AT&T said the motherboard was damaged and all the phone contacts, pics, etc. were lost. Undeterred she went searching for a repair shop to try to get the pictures off of the phone. She stumbled across James at Cellular City Phone Repair shop. James took his time and worked his magic. James not only got the pictures. He also got the data, the phone numbers and all the notes. James is the prefect guy to come to for any damage cell phones. Thank you again James

Awesome phone repair store! The owner is always extremely helpful, and is very honest, while teaching me something about what I can learn to keep my phone safe. He has repaired my iPad and my iPhone several times, and I was even able to buy high quality phone cases and other accessories from him.

A great phone repair shop, he has always been honest and fair with his pricing and assessments. He never cuts corners, and he always uses top of the line parts for his repairs. He recently repaired a phone screen for me, and repaired it exactly the way Apple would, to the point that my phone believes it is an Apple screen.Definitely the best phone repair shop in San Leandro.

My phone screen was absolutely shattered so I needed a quick fix to be able to keep using it. James was helpful and fixed my phone so quickly and I haven’t had any problems since! Can’t recommend him and his shop enough! Best cell phone repair service in San Leandro/Hayward for sure.

Coming from some one who has gotten there own phone repaired a lot over the years. This place has to be the best I'll go here even if it out of my way cause I know they're honest , quick , efficient and they don't cut any corners. This place is amazing and the staff has Tob be the most professional and upstanding they really do set the example. 10/10 will always recommend.

I've gone to this place 3 times. Once i came to fix my charging port on my phone. My assumption was I was going to pay 50-100 for a new charging port. I come back an hour later and I'm told I just had a bent wire and it would be no charge.I came today to fix my mom's screen on her iPhone. It was fixed the same day for $100 less than I thought it was going to be.I've had issues with shady cell phone repair places in the past (avoid mall kiosk at all costs) and it gives me peace of mind knowing there is someone reliable and trustworthy I can turn to and recommend to friends and family.
