I locked my keys in the car at Safeway next door to Tire choice. Brandin the store manager is a great manager. He helped me get my truck open and did not even charge me. It is almost impossible to find customer service like this these days. I will now be bringing all of my vehicles to this business. Thanks again Brandin.

They have always done great work for me including a last-minute fix right before we went out of town on a trip. Staff is knowledgble and very helpful. Brandon even went above and beyond the other day in helping us out. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I ordered tires off Amazon and pre-paid for the mounting. However, to my surprise I was charged another $106.00 when I got there. Also, they took over 7 hours to install 4 tires and I had an appointment. The guy was nice but seemed irritated that I had an Amazon installation. Overall, they seemed to have put on my tires correctly but I expected quicker service.

Such amazing customer service. The store manager Brandin found everything wrong with my car got it fixed at a VERY reasonable price. If you need work done I would refer all my friends and family here.

SCAMMER ALERT! Watch out, these guys are crooks. My wife and I have taken our car here twice. We have a newer 2022 Mazda that we bought new and decided to go here instead of the dealership to save a few bucks. The first time we visited, my wife made the appointment, but I dropped the car off. Everything went well. I would even say 5 star good. For the second visit, my wife dropped the car off and other than needing an oil change, the car was working perfectly fine. No lights other than the oil light was on and no low battery signals. 2-3 hours after dropping the car, we get a call saying the car won't start, maybe it's the key fob. I go over with our 2nd key fob and try to start the car but there is no sign of life. They supposedly say they haven't touched the car and I ask them to do an assessment. An hour later they call my wife back and say it was only a battery issue and all they need to do is replace it. My wife knows nothing about cars, so she tells them to proceed with a new battery and hangs up. She relays this to me while we're at the barber getting my sons haircut and I and all the guys in the babershop tell her that makes no sense, we would have seen warning lights and other tell-tale signs before the battery went completely dead. Also, they would have told us 4 months ago when we visited that the battery needed replacing and the car is too new to need a battery. Either something more serious is wrong with the car or this is way too coincidental that this one issue popped up out of no where and they had the exact solution.I call them back and tell them not to do any work. I'm coming back and taking the car for a second opinion. When I get there the car magically starts and they don't know why, supposedly. I take it directly to an auto zone to test the battery and no issues. We take it to the dealership the following week to do the oil change and check the battery. NO ISSUES FOUND!I think they saw my wife and thought they would try to sneak one by her. Im guessing they probably drained the battery, recharged it, and were going to try to sell our own battery back to us. Almost two months later the same battery is still operating just fine.

They accommodated my lady minute tire and oil change so that I could be safe driving. They were done sooner than expected and gave a good price for my tires.

This morning I scheduled an appointment at Tire Choice located on Castro Valley Blvd. My tire pressure light came on and I didn't want to risk things driving to work on Monday. I'm so sorry that I didn't get the managers name, but he was awesome!!!!! He went out to my vehicle and took a look and before it knew it, he had pulled it around and his guys were already diagnosing the issue. I rate my experience as follows...Quality of Service - GREATCustomer Service - GREATValue $$$ - ReasonableService Knowledge - GreatI will definitely go there again and you should too.

Avoid this place, they are very shady.I scheduled an appointment for tire change because I got a flat tire and I add everything I need to the cart online and the total should be $220. When I got there in the morning, Brandon inspects the tire and told me it will take about an hour and if the same thing happened again in the future, they will replace my tires for free. I was shock and I asked how long is the warranty and he said as long as the tire still on your car. Wow great!!Little did I know, when I pick up my car, he added on about $70 worth of service to my car without even notify me first. The tire warranty was extra $35 that he never mentioned about the cost. The nitrogen refill and TPMS kit which I don't need and never said I need. My tire was brand new and does not need any of these. Most importantly, they did not list these on the website and did not notify me before adding on the cost. Shady place!

YOU ARE A TIRE SHOP AND YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RESET THE TPMS OF A HONDA CIVIC?! RIDICULOUS What is the point of having 8am appointments available for tire service if your tire specialist doesn't arrive until 9 am ? We scheduled an appointment for TIRE SERVICE at a tire shop at 8 am with the intention of waiting on the car, they tell us that the tire specialist doesn't start until 9? The called by 10:47 saying the car was ready, unfortunately due to the fact that I didn't get off at 5, we had to wait for pick up. We arrive to pick up the vehicle, first problem, they left the car unlocked in an open lot. 2nd they did not reset the TPMS, we walked back in to let them know that it HAS to be manually reset. The guy proceeds to tell us "no, you just have to drive it around" we proceed to tell him "NO, it needs to be manually reset" he then goes to the car, starts pressing buttons pretending like he knows what to do. Then tells us, he doesn't know how to reset it and just drive around. I tell him no he's wrong because we PHYSICALLY WATCHED the last tire specialist reset it.After that , he just walked awayI then call to complain about a tire shop, who mind you had the car for over 8 hours, not know how to reset a TPMS. He told me to call tomorrow and talk to the other manager Brandon about this. I explained to him that he made us feel stupid by telling us to just drive around. We arrived home and the damn TPMS is still on, but guess what, I was able to manually reset by watching a YouTube video So disappointing that a tire shop doesn't know how to reset the TPMS of a standard 2015 Honda Civic Plus after reviewing our receipt, they charged us for a TPMS inspection and Reset, but they didn't reset it. Do not go here, they aren't professional and half the time they don't even know what they are doingChris pretended like he did, but all he did was press buttons and make us feel dumb. When I spoke to Chris on the phone, he was explaining that if we brought it back they can try to figure it out, but I was very disappointed that they had the car from 8AM-5PM and they didn't even attempt to try???? Or called us to notify that they couldn't reset it.. anyway very disappointed and frustrated by this service. I will be reaching out to their customer service AND the better bureau business.

Made an appointment for my daughter tire repair. They said they can't repair the tire and had to replace it. The tire is fairly brand new since we bought the car in July 2023. They quoted me almost $400+ to replace one tire . I opted not to do both since they can't repair it and I'm not about to spend $400. Yet they still charged me $35 for no work done. Went to Wheel Works the same day and got the same day appointment. Wheel Works was able to patched the tire and it only costing me $33.

Brandin helped me at the last second and got me out of a huge bind. I am a transporter and would not have been able to deliver a car to a customer had he not helped me. This has been the best experience I personally have ever had at an automotive shop. I highly recommend Tire choice.

Visited this shop in an emergency after getting a flat tire just down the road. The service was unkind from the start, and I was quoted a price of nearly $450 for just ONE tire and installment. When I expressed concern for the price, I was dismissed and was basically told good luck. I walked out, installed the spare tire, and called around to other local shops - all who quotes me under and around $200. Got it replaced at Big O Tires for $170 out the door.

Went in for a tire flat, and Brandon gave exceptional customer service. He was able to help me with my problem and get me going in less than 30 mins. Thank you to him and being modest when offered a tip.

I brought my car for a suspension and break system repair, after inspection I agree to pay 2200 for repairs. When I got my car back and drove it for the weekend it was worst than before , the technician told me that there were items that were overlooked and that I have to pay another 1200 to get it repaired. Not to mention the dings on the front of the car both sides.Not a happy customer and definitely not using their service anymore.

This place save my butt! They are open 7 days a week. I needed someone to look at my car, I always worry when my car is acting up, that the fix will cost a billion dollars.They took my car in Sunday morning, by Sunday afternoon they knew what the issue was and I was able to walk home from the shop. The fix was a dealer part so I had to wait till Monday, then the part wouldn't be available till later that week. Anyway they were really professional and the shop office is very clean. I will take my car there again. It was alot less that the worry I caused myself.
