I went to this shop because of the good reviews it had it seemed like a good legit shop to go to plus it was just right around the corner from where I live. My initial visit was nice the guy in the office is very helpful came and looked at my car gave me a quote. In said ok and then set up a time I can drop off my car. Dropped off my car on the date we agreed on and was told it would take a week. Which it did.So I only needed them to repair my damaged Fender and paint it and make sure the lines are gapped up evenly on the door in the hood.When picking up my car I looked it over and noticed quite a few blemishes. There was some dirt in the paint as well as holes of where they did the Bondo work and a paint drip as well as some of the damage wasn't completely covered and you could still see cracking but yet they felt it was good to go and painted it anyways. We walk around my car I pointed all these out to the gentleman in the office which he did a great job, good customer service, and have nothing bad to say about him. After he came back with tape and marked all the spots that were needing fixed, the owner of the business, don't know his name, came out and wanted to see what was going on. When explaining to him all the damage that was still on the fender and that it wasn't fixed all the way, he insisted that to fix all the other damage on the fender it would cost me more money which it shouldn't because that was the original agreement that they were going to fix the fender, make it look new and line up everything. They couldn't even get the fender to line up properly with the hood and the door. It looked like didn't even try it at all bc it was still the same gapping as when I dropped it off but yet they insisted that they tried and they couldn't and that would cost more to fix all the damage that was still obviously there. After the owner telling me that it would cost me more and that wasn't his job to fix the damage on the that part of the fender, just part of the damage.I gave him ultimatum, either they can fix it or they can knock a something off the price. So this was basically a trick question because any good business owner would insist that they fixed what they should have done in the first place but this owner quickly jump to how much you want knocked off the price. He eventually knocked $200 off the original price that I was quoted which I still left there paying $1,000 for them just to paint a fender. Which I have to go back over and fix all the blemishes myself. Sounds like a fair business dealing I don't think so. Unfortunately for them I will not be returning to do any more work or be referring anybody to go there for work. I was planning on getting a few more things done on my car along with my two other vehicles that I own but no not anymore. It's very upsetting that no one can do good work these days. Oh and thanks for dusting out my engine bay. Didn't even take the time to cover it with plastic which I was charged for. Was also charged for a few other things that they didn't even do. Horrible shop

Big thank you to Chabot Collison. They did a great job, my carcis as good as new. Staff is kind and professional. I was a walk in and had an estimate within 10 minutes. Once i dropped my car off Manny and his crew fixed my bumper by the end of the week. I would recommend Chabot Collison to anyone that need their car repaired

It has been two weeks since they took pictures and promised an estimate via email. They have not emailed confirmation of my visit, so there is not way to contact them without picking up the phone. Unable to find email contact info online. Another company did an estimate in ten minutes while I sat in the office, so I don't understand what is taking so long. I will update this review if I get a response, but I'm feeling forgotten at the moment.
