I never get anything else but a basic pedicure or manicure and they still provide excellent service and make sure I’m comfortable! May daughter gets gel and they’re always very interactive too.

i have been coming here for years with my mom, last time she told me about her experience she said she will not be coming back & of course i am also not returning she was getting her nails done and the person who was doing her nails was doimg them in a rush ended up cutting her then she had scheduled someone else so she left my mom and had someone else continue her nails which was fine but when my mom paid ahe kept $5 when she wasnt the one who finished her nails my mom asked for her change & she said that those were for her so you are basically obligated to tip & we always tip so that was not okay and then when she was walking to her car she was charged another $10 on top of that because they didnt charge her for the design, very unproffesional , Will not be coming back AT ALL my mom wasnt happy , after years of coming we were very dissapointed

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years and I’ve never had a problem. They are very sanitary and have great service. Highly recommend.

I usually enjoy going here but This last time- no. I wanted a dip nail set. I also asked that the tech do my cuticles. She said she would. At some point she took her tool - the dremel like sanding tip and scored all my cuticles!! WTH. She rubbed them with oil after that but for the next 4 days I was in so much pain with red and shredding cuticles. I won't go back here. It was terrible. .

Not good at all, 4 of us went in for pedicures made appointments and 1 person was waiting it was just a mess from start to finish. The pedicures jet was not cleaned prior, the tools came from in her box, no soak was added, she used a remover to push my cuticles but it was all just for show, the scrub scratched up everyone's leg, the end result my mom ended up with Fungus. I wish they would actually clean their tools and pedicures jets. The color was just painted so poorly it lasted about 3 days before it started chipping

diamond nails in Castro valley is very clean and well staffed. I've never had a problem with my nails. Always welcoming and friendly. I would definitely call and book with Wendy, but honestly anyone there is really good! you won't regre!
