Our son made his first friendships and saw a lot of development during his time here. He had both good and excellent teachers here. The parents are very friendly overall. A very positive overall experience for all of us. Lots of good memories.

Our son went to Early Bird for 3 years from 2-5 years old. We are very pleased with his progress in preparing him for kindergarten. All the teachers are so kind and caring and always kept us informed about our son's progress. This is a great school and we will miss everyone there so much!

Couldn't have a more positive experience with everyone at EBM. Our daughter attended this school full time, for two years and has really grown and blossomed in a way that wouldn't have been possible without the support and attention from Aiza, Sithy, Blanca, Irene, and Nubia (anyone I forgot, I apologize!). Their school has a robust curriculum and a fantastic agenda for the children every week. With regular newsletters and photos of your child through the week it is easy to stay in touch with what's going on in the classroom. EBM is also very sensitive about the Covid situation and takes as many precautions as they reasonably can to ensure that the safety of the kids is priority number one. I would easily recommend this establishment to anyone looking to take the next step for their child at preschool.

My daughter loves it there. She likes playing outside with her friends but also her 'work'. She likes having responsibilities and being treated like a big kid. She now always asks to help when she is home and is able to play on her own for a longer period of time. I know the staff has had to face health issues and extra work regarding Covid protocols so I appreciate them working hard to keep everyone safe and happy.

My daughter attended EBM since Jan this year, and so sad we have to leave due to moving. We cannot thank Ms Karina enough for the effort she spent on my daughter! My daughter couldn't speak any English at the beginning and now she could communicate really well! Ms Karina really gives attention and care to the children! She even made my daughters hair everyday after napping! It's super cute and I won't be able to do it myself :) The communication system in the school is not perfect, but Ms Karina updates me everyday during pickup about what she has done today, whether she napped or not, etc. Thank you Earlybird!!!

I still look back at this school and feel awful feelings about it. Every day I brought my child here I felt horrible anxiety. I would never ever hear anything positive. Only negative. Your child had an accident today, your child was being too loud, your child won't sit still, your child wouldn't take a nap. They made me feel like my kid was a monster. My son was 3 when he started and speech delayed. In the beginning it seemed ok. He had a nice teacher, she said he was adjusting well, he didn't cry he liked school. He did keep coming home injured. Then he got a new teacher, then another, then I just stopped being able to figure out who his teacher was because they kept changing. He stopped getting injured, instead he started biting and hitting, and yet he didn't do it at home. He learned the bad behavior there and they just had far too many kids to prevent it. They started calling me telling me to take him home over even minor things. They did have fun activities, a nice playground, good hours, no wait to get in, and not too horribly expensive. They gave me a month to find a new place when things were falling apart, that's why they get 3 stars, but I would never recommend them and never go back. We moved to a small in home daycare. We have been there as long as we were at early bird. The biting never once happened there. He "is just a boy" at his new daycare. I hear good more often then bad. I miss the learning and I'm sad he had to leave his friends but where he is now is 10 times better for him. Do not go to early bird if you have a high energy kid who wants to run and play all the time. If you have a quiet sensitive kid you will probably be fine.

Choosing a trustworthy preschool / daycare provider is critical for any parent to have peace of mind while they're at work. If your child enjoys going to school and comes home having learned things, that's even better. Early Bird checked all those boxes for me. My older daughter attended Early Bird for 2.5 years, from Jan 2018 until she graduated this summer. The school has taught her so much that she's at the top of her Kindergarten class and is basically ready for 1st grade. My younger daughter started attending EBM last year - she loves going to school and has already learned enough to be following along with her older sister's Kindergarten homework. Both my girls have done really well at EBM and I would recommend this school to other parents.

My girls attended EBM this summer for 2 sessions. I believe it's the second year Sithy has been running the summer camp. 2 stars are for the awesome teacher (especially Lindsey) and the activities and curriculum for the Robotics week. However, we won't be returning to this summer camp in the future because: * Sithy, the director/owner, is totally disorganized or doesn't hire enough help. We had 4 email exchanges about the pricing of the camp (since they sent the incorrect amount) before the camp even started. Then, I was messaged that I didn't turn in a deposit, when in fact, it was submitted. She doesn't have a good system to ensure that student paperwork is received, confirmed, and organized. She also doesn't have a good system to keep track of the monies received and monies owed. * I called one morning around 8:30 am after drop-off with an important question. I left a message at the school number and also on Sithy's cell number. I called again around 10:30 am and then again around 12 pm. Finally, she texted me a short message that she'll call me back after my 3rd call. I never heard back from her that day until I approached her about this during pick-up. She said that she got the parents mixed up and thought that I was another parent.

My sons are now 12 and 16 and I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for Earlybird. Ms. Sithy's professionalism and devotion to our community's youngest assists parents when when it matters the most. She and her staff are truly making a difference for the future by nurturing and teaching our kids to be creative, compassionate, caring and conscientious.

Early Bird is wonderful! I truly enjoy the warm and friendly teachers and the great programs this school offers. They take the time to understand each child and connect with them. I also really enjoy the work the Early Bird team puts into all the fantastic events for the children as well as the parents. I'm thankful for all the teachers here who have created a great place for my kids to learn and grow!

I don't know how to describe this place, my experience was absolutely the most horrifying, no professionalism no ethics their values is hide and manipulate and lie to parents, and their attitude has been "if you don't like it get the hell out of here"!. My son started school July of last year in the toddler class, it wasn't the best many violations for the code, I would drop him off in the morning and there would be only one teacher with 14 or more toddlers , that teacher was so overwhelmed and when I raised this issue to Ms Sithy the director, she asked another teacher to help for like 3 days and then stopped, she ignored parents complains about the number of kids to one teacher. To be honest the 2 teachers in that class were good, unfortunately one of them left and the other one leaving soon. Bunch of teachers left and Sithy's constantly hiring. Just to mention when I met Sithy to register my son at the school back in June she confirmed it to me that she won't have more than 12 toddlers with 2 teachers, based on that I started him in July, but comes September there were 16 toddlers in the class, the room is small and barely fit all these kids. So it became even more horrifying since last month when they hired this new teacher Liesa. she's been there for a month and I saw couple times she was scolding the toddlers, wonder how she even treats the kids when no one is watching! The last 2 weeks, dropping off my son has been the worst, the minute I pull over to the parking lot he would cry in a histerical way "mommy go back go back" crying loud, I never seen my son cry this bad in his 2.5 years life, it's heart breaking. When I raised this issue to Sithy last week, she responded to my concern with a very cold text msg on my phone saying (part of her text) "if I am in your shoes; As you are comfortable with Ms. Cristal; she seems to be available 24/7, and I have no objection regarding any breach of contract etc." mind you Cristal is out on disability and she left the place anyway. So yea thanks Sithy your msg is "you don't like it here take your kid out or keep your mouth shut" And today same thing I was trying to dropoff my son and he was crying the same way even worse, I had to drive him around to calm him down. When I went back to school, Ms Leisa did not even bother to help me with the dropoff, the other sub teacher helped out she distracted him so I could leave. When I went back to pick him up in the afternoon Ms Liesa was absolutely snobbish in her attitude she was scolding me why I'm not dropping him off early at 8:45 she said "didn't you see Ms Sithy's email she said you need to drop him off at 8:45 and you're always late" I was in shock for few seconds I couldn't answer it's like "seriously lady" I told her I don't appreciate the attitude and I can talk to Sithy about this, she responded out of the blue "if you don't feel this place is a good fit for your kid take him somewhere else" it was like an aha moment for me, there is my son's abuser right there, she's the most abusive scolding teacher I've ever seen in my life, no wonder he would cry so hard the minute we're about to enter the school. obviously she's covering up her behavior by doing this. I took my son home today and I'm never sending him to that horrible place ever again. Maybe I should've even called social services for her. I'm still shocked talking about it, what kind of management that allow such behavior, what can I say they all speak the same language. To top it that place smells disgusting the bathrooms are right next to the door, and the smell is horrible god knows how often they clean. When I told one of the teachers about the smell she rolled her eyes and said"talk to Ms Sithy" she was sarcastic, what an irony ha. Apparently teachers had been complaining about this and no response from the director, couple of teachers said that! I think that sums up
