Eden Medical Center Lab is part of a facility that receives strong recommendations for its excellent staff and superb, hassle-free service, with reports sent promptly. Many patients describe the entire experience, from pre-op to discharge, as excellent, with nice and professional people including security guards, nurses, and desk clerks. The facility is described as very nice and run like a well-oiled machine, leading patients to state they would return with less apprehension. Specific departments receive high praise. The imaging department staff are noted as friendly, funny, professional, efficient, and rock stars. In the emergency room, security guards are highlighted as really nice, funny, amazing, and making patients feel welcomed, safe, and better through communication. For serious trauma, the care is described as excellent, with attentive doctors and nurses who provide top quality, individualized attention even in a busy setting, minimizing pain and enabling full recovery. However, the front desk service at the hospital entrance sometimes leaves something to be desired, with staff occasionally seeming aloof, clueless, or disengaged, not knowing basic information like the facility's address. This contrasts with the otherwise high standards found throughout the center.
I have been using it exclusively as all other branded labs in area are inferior to it. I can only recommend this lab as they send reports promptly and give no hassles . Excellent staff with superb service.

I took my elderly father into the ER at Eden on Friday. We were there for 5 hours and I observed and received top quality care and attention. The nurses and doctors were extremely attentive for the number of people they were treating. That is a busy facility- but I sure appreciated the individualized attention!
