I'm not impressed by this place they were charging my mother ( a senior ) almost $300 a month for their smallest unit. And there's not even anyone there on Sunday. When I trying to get my mother's stuff out. Would not recommend

Place is kept clean, and a person is usually on duty in the office. Very well maintained and feels safe. I would recommend this company, we used two different storage companies before.we moved our things to CV. Both prior storage facilities were not a good experience, but since changing we are super satisfied. N&J of San Leandro

I've been renting a storage unit here for years and have needed help from the staff for various reasons (switching units, cutting off a lock and replacing it because we forgot the key at home, etc.) and have always had a wonderful experience.

Have work/office hrs but doors always locked. Have to call location for someone to help u, no point of open hrs. With the amount they’re charging they can definitely afford to hire someone to be in office during their mentioned business hrs.
