Parks throughout Castro Valley especially Palomares Hills and Greenridge which had been heavily used by kids and adults are a mess. Paths are unsafe, fields are destroyed and neglected, debris both plant and trash strewn everywhere. Embarrassment to the community. What is our tax money going towards?
