The tax preparer was helpful, very experienced and full of knoweledge. The tax preparer was thorough and took time to check if you should file single or married. Professionalism was outstanding and quick to get you out of the office. You felt a huge weight was lifted off shoulders and left knowing everything had been corrected. You was completely satisfied and got more back from the Federal Government, even half as much as last year. The office never had any problems and was 100% satisfied.
We attempted to walk in to take care of an extension- needed to pick up paperwork to mail. Turns out the office was closed except for appointments. Tonya Kelly was there however, and was kind enough to help us out. Really appreciate her!
