“Quality/Quantity - I was not going to write a Yelp on them, but this is my second visit in a month and both times have been a 5 star experience. Previous visits were negative (years ago).Our favorite branch is SF Geary with Katrina the branch manager. She is amazing; one of the two best employees of the company in my opinion!! Too bad that location is closing or has closed.Kieth was good, took care of all my needs in a very timely fashion.The security guard was even better; she greeted me in the parking lot, walked over to open the door for me, and went out of her way to say goodbye when I was leaving.Oh well, no coffee or fresh baked cookies today? Kieth said the cookies got burned...My previous recent visit was just as positive; sorry I did not get names.But the security guard, an older gentleman, also went out of his way to open the door for me. Atmosphere - Good size branch. Small size parking. But plenty of metered street parking.Service - See above, your team has improved so much at this location. I look forward to coming here more often.Price - N/A. Well, I might be coming back for some foreign exchange currencies for my next travels.Owner Suggestion - Congrats on your success since 1985 with 84 locations, S&P 500, and Russell 1000.2007 - Merrill Lynch acquired.2008 - Bank of America acquired.2010 - Private equity acquired.2010+ - More confusing acquisitions, above my pay grade to explain, please Google if interested.2023 - Chase/JP Morgan bought your assets and will be converting many of your locations.”

“Nice, safe place to do your banking for sure. A little under staffed right now because of the aftermath of the pandemic but the line moves fast. Nothing but great customer service here and employees that try to get to know you versus just you being another number. There's a lot of parking available but it can be a bit of a bit of a sht show because some people don't know how to drive. Ha.”

“I wanted to leave a review because of how happy I was with the help I received at the front desk and was shocked at the low rating for the branch! To offer another perspective on some peoples bad experiences consider the fact that schwab has like a million different products and things to know. The people working there for 5 years may only know 10,000, the people 10 years 100,000 and 25 years 1,000,000. While the woman who helped me did not know the exact answer to my question she was able to look up the answer and find it for me which to me is just as valuable as knowing it by heart.”
