“Well since the laundromat closer to BART was closing early and its owner yelled at me without explaining why, just yelling like I would know his random self owned that place, I walked here. While it's dingey, by apartments that look rank with black mold and the soda machine hasn't worked in 20 years by the look of it, I was pleasantly surprised.
The quarter machine had signs saying to bring your own and be careful feeding it bills, but worked awesome. Detergent was only 75 cents. Machines worked beautifully, dryers were quick. Overall a great experience minus the look of it. Plus awesome name”
“I have been a long time customer of this Cleaners. It was owned by one women and then she turned it over to her sister. They are Korean, and do not have a good grasp of the English language, but who does. They are the nicest, most honest , and very kind people. I have never had a complaint about their work or their prices, so I was astounded at the terrible reviews they have received. We have lived in Castro Valley over 50 years, and I have had some really bad experiences at some other cleaners, so I was happy that I found Manor, and I appreciate their good work.”
