They can never keep an appointment time. I even call 30 min before to make sure they can still accommodate me and adjust the time if they have just taken in a walk in, so I don’t have to wait. And I am still sitting for 50-60 min for my appointment. I come with someone else and they had their complete pedicure done before I was even in the chair so I had to cancel mine because there is no way I’m making the other person wait over an hour for me to now get my nails done when we have already been here over an hour. Just really disappointed with their customer service. There are so many other places I can go instead of this salon.

There lucky to even receive one star.made appointment and tottaly just over looked.horrible customer service. Ask to speak with manager and refused.i will never go here again and I'm gonna tell my friends and family to stop going to.this is the 3rd time they have done this.i feel discriminated on. Will never return.

Made appointment with Bee in advance. But she wanted me to wait for two hair cuts, and said the men also made appointments. It is ridiculous to accept .appointments
more than one person at the same time.

Overall this place has a great vibe. Their workers are fun to talk to and they have excellent customer service. Their customer service is top notch and give out cheap hair cuts that are amazing.

Don’t bother making an appointment! Even if you make an appointment, they do not look at their schedule and take other people ahead of your appointment. Average weight is 30 to 60 minutes even if you do have an appointment.Service: Manicure

Always the best service and friendly staff. Been going for over 15 years. It’s been nice going to same salon all this time. Bea, Tina, Jenny, Teresa, Mary and the rest of staff are great. Call ahead to make sure they can take you, though!Services: Foot massages

Mom, who is suffering from Dementia has the kindest treatment by JENNY. THANK YOU SO MUCH, JENNY! IT IS MY MOTHER’S 87th BIRTHDAY GIFT TO GET A LIGHT PERM.Although most refused to do service to her, Jenny had the kindest heart to do it. We wouldn’t be in the salon without an appointment, and expected service. Via phone conversation, i reiterated that my mother is a senior with dementia, and what was needed to be done. when we arrived and checked in, Le refused service, which was disappointing, because i thought she was awesome when she first helped me before.To everyone, coming here for years, i have noticed over and over again, that JENNY is excellent doing her job, not to mention VERY KIND to SENIORS, unlike others that talk within themselves loudly with a different language, not knowing if it’s about their clients, which is quite offensive to many.Overall, I still rate this place a 5 star, because of this special lady I mentioned. JENNY, thank you for your kindness.

My wife made what she thought was a 4:30 appointment for her and my daughter to get their toe nails painted (only toes). Turns out they don't actually make appointments and it was a "suggested time" . . . It's now 6:30 and my wife still isn't done and I had to pick my daughter up because she was hungry.
