She is honest, hard working, and straightforward, never upselling. Customers appreciate that she takes the time to do it right, is willing to make adjustments for satisfaction, and wants to know how they like to style or not style their hair. She is reasonably priced and excels at transforming hair, creating perfect layers and cuts that grow out well and withstand the test of time. The environment is friendly, with chit chat and laughs.
