My doctor wanted to monitor my liver function tests since I am on a drug that may derange liver function. However, I found that Quest carried out basic metabolic profile which did not include liver function tests. So I am left high and dry despite providing my blood sample. I brought this to the notice of quest diagnostics in writing immediately after seeing the results and requested for performing the required tests without delay but there has been no positive response.

I had a 2:40pm appointment parking was tight but I found a spot within a minute. The location of the center was easy to find from the signs in the lobby. The lobby of the center was clean no front desk staff. There were two kiosks for information and sign in plus the room’s TV was playing nonstop tutorials on how the kiosks worked. I was seen at 2:37 The nurse answered my questions closed the door respecting my privacy. Her hands with the needle were steady, the bathroom was clean and usable. I left the appointment at 2:51pm in and out and felt great.
