  I went there today for the first time, for their $.49 deals . Although I did see some bargains none were $.49. The only things I seen that were $0.49 were two items that were damaged. So that was that. And I was there right when they opened.

  They have a terrible service the workers are in a very bad mood with the customers they respond in a bad way I asked a worker for a garment and she began to answer me in a very annoying way then I told her to forget it and leave the garment when I turned around she began to mistreat me in a low voice and I said sorry...
  
  Anyway, when I arrived with the cashier I told her that I had a worker who responded badly etc. and she told me that if she wanted to talk to the manager and I told her that yes and the manager and the cashier began to make fun of me... the worker arrived who told me things and thickened me to yell and to say that I had thrown a garment at her I told her to check the cameras and the manager did not say anything just laughing at me along with the cashier and other workers.....

  Worst Ross I’ve ever entered. Don’t even waste your time. TJ MAXX is right next door and a million times better. I had no choice and bought two items I needed for my kids but between the filthy store, bad customer service, and leaving the store with a scratched item they didn’t feel they needed to discount I don’t recommend going here. Ross has always been known for being logical when their items have obvious wear and tear. The manager and employee didn’t care one bit.
  
  Don’t waste your time going in this store unless you really have no choice.

  They say they’re hiring, they have a sign up but when I went they looked at me and said No they aren’t anymore. I’m tired of being discriminated against for wanting to work.

  My experience at this Ross is always hit or miss. The lines are ALWAYS long. Since they only have around two cashiers on the clock. In addition, the ladies who work the sales floor are ALWAYS talking smack about costumers in Spanish. Each time I go, all they are doing is gossiping. It makes my wife feel uncomfortable. At a job, you should only go to work, not gossip and laugh. You are on the clock. It isn't socializing hour. Another thing I also hate is the previous times I have visited, the security always follows me while they should be focusing on the actual red flags. And these people are pretty hard to miss. Compared to me. I have watched multiple walk outs at this store. The whole time, they focus on me instead of the actual red flags. Overall, the clothes are always a good find, you just gotta get lucky on the days you decide to stop by.

  Been working hard there and just bad management and too much favoritism and they don’t know how to do their job and let the customers return old underwear and tank top and shirt that is use and pants, some cashiers there don’t know their job FYI so I’m glad I’m out of there and they make me work when I’m sick with stomach virus and bad cold and they don’t care if pass on to another workers for sure never go back to work and it a shame whomever own that Ross should learn what is right and not enough cashiers and too messy and dirty

  This Ross just lets in anybody. In the ten mins I was there, we saw 3 different dogs which barked and skittered around when they saw my service dog. Ross should not be allowing these poorly behaved dogs into the store especially because they're super annoying and it's not safe to have such behavior. Also, the store may be organized, but the racks are placed such that it is not disability accessible.

  Above average Ross Dress for Less. Cashiers are usually pretty quick which means when lines are longer the line continues to move at a reasonable speed.
