Friday Jan 6, 2024. ' ' 7:56 pm T-Mobile store open lights on inside t-Mobil. Two men employees inside. Got to door it was locked. One came to door yelling closed. I informed him I had a question he opened locked door told me to Call 800#.Locked door back.His customer service was a negative 100%. Pic of T-Mobile employe re-locking door. Lights on lights off. Retraining if any!!!!! Won’t allow 0 stars

Donte and Tammy were very welcoming and friendly answered all my questions even the silly ones. It was very refreshing to be treated with kindness and respect when walking into an establishment. They were both patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend T mobile because of them

Tammy helped resolve an issue I was very upset about regarding another sales person at another T-Mobile sneaking a bunch of add ons without full explanation, bringing my bill to an outrageous price. I had to wait for a bit but this is where I think people get so impatient, she was my advocate on the call and by the time she was done my bill had been cut drastically. Also some other guy was so mad he yelled and cussed out the entire store, which they handled really well. People need to stop thinking that these sales reps have 10 pairs of hands and ears, if anything the company needs to be better about staffing more people.

Best experience ever in a cell phone store. I was in and out in 30 minutes. New phone purchased and an extra line for free! And a week before Christmas at that. Jeff and his team were super helpful and informative on all the latest deals. I'll definitely recommend this T-Mobile location!

I was ready to switch carriers, I was personally fed up with T-Mobil and their lack of customer service. Then I came to this location and felt like the employees here listened to my problem and then fixed my issue. I was so impressed with their customer service skills that I decided to listen to reason and ultimately bought a new Samsung S22. Very impressed.

I haven’t felt so much attitude toward myself from any T-Mobile representatives as today from one of the staff member. I felt as tho he purposely didn’t want provide me with updated information and talked to me in a way that didn’t make me feel appreciated as a customer.

No stars. I have never walked into a Tmobile without being greeted and having staff on the floor ready to help. At least that's how it is in Tracy. I began asking questions about the phones so I can buy a new one, the African American young man did not get up from behind the desk which came off as he did not care to help, his attitude was also not friendly. I just walked out (8/19 at 4:20 pm) and I will take my money to a different store.

This location says its open until 8 but was closed at 7pm. That’s very frustrating and causes people to waste time. Please update new hours

Refused to help me. Needed to return a phone. Claimed I was out of 14-day time frame, bought phone on April 25. Emeryville location where I purchased was closed yesterday. Here they told me I couldn't be helped after wasting 45 minutes of my time. Choose wisely.
