This has to be the worst, expensive, easiest hair cut I have ever had.
My hair was long and all I asked for was a cut to the shoulder with a few layers to give it some shape. Noted that my hair is naturally curly but as I will dry it straight sometimes it needed to be cut as though it was dried straight.
Because she dried it with curl despite asking to make sure it was cut straight I never noticed until I eventually dried it straight before a night out months later. Imagine my horror minutes before I left the house. Such a rookie mistake.
Luckily my sister is a dog groomer and was able to fix it! A poodle cut would have been cheaper!

Didn’t get what I asked for. I expressed wanting to go lighter and cover up my grey hair, and I was told it could be done. At the end, my hair was not as light as the inspo pictures I showed the stylist and my greys were still intact. When I mentioned the greys, she said that she didn’t do a root touch up, but a balayage and the roots wouldn’t be covered, which she didn’t communicate or mention at the start of the appointment when I told her about it.

Kayla did such a great job with my granddaughter. She got a trim and fairy highlights. My Granddaughter was nervous and antsy , but Kala was so good with her and she felt like a princess when we left. Thank you Kayla!

I met Angie at Studio W because she was my twin sister's stylist and I had been looking for someone who would be willing to just give me whatever haircut they think would be nice on me. I would even pay them before the haircut so they knew that they could do no wrong to me. Instead of just giving me some haircut that she's always wanted to see how it looks on someone, like a full mohawk or something else ridiculous. Angie and I had a conversation, during the conversation she really listened to me talk about how my wife had separated from me and how when I finally started to feel like I was getting better, one of my oldest friends who had known for 28 years died And how those were just the big hits, but it felt like life kept hitting me every chance it had. During that talk, I said, I just want to be a different person right now so badly. I didn't really believe that was something anyone could give me, much less with just a haircut. I don't know what sort of dark sorcery she used, but she gave me a haircut that held me up and kept me going through some of the hardest times of my life. On top of that, it's the first time in my life that I've ever taken my own picture. To share it with my friends. If anybody out there is feeling like I've had to feel for the last year, then you should get a haircut from Angie. Hopefully she'll use the magic that she used on me on you too.

This was my 4th time going here. I wanted highlights and my girl was off. So I was told Jeni was available. So I went for my appt. My highlights are grey instead of blonde, my hair has no shine. When I said my hair looked dark, I was told it would lighten up when dry. Didn't happen. Then there is my back job of a hair cut. I can't even style it because of the chop job. Today is my birthday and that's why I wanted my hair done. Now I have been ignored by both the manager and owner and it cost me 350.00 So much for customer service and being happy with there hair service. All I wanted was my hair Feathered. She assured me she knew how to do it. Thanks for Ripping me off.

I recently moved and needed to find a stylist. I am so happy I was able to book with Moni. She was super attentive to what I had to share about my hair and its journey. Super communicative and knowledgeable, she explained each step and each product she used while cutting and styling my hair. Everyone else at the salon I spoke with was super kind and communicative as well. This is an excellent salon with excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back!

Moni has been great! Normally Amelia trims my bangs (and is also great). I get nervous going to new people for bang trims, but Moni has cut them exactly the way I like them. Definitely give her a visit!

I don't normally write reviews, but I was really looking forward to my appointment for a blowout with curls over the weekend for a wedding. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The stylist was very nice, but she didn’t listen to my requests, and the end result was one of the worst blowouts I’ve ever had. My front curtain bangs were super messed up, and she had to redo the front pieces multiple times with the curling iron. The stylist kept stating that my ends were dry, but instead of adjusting her approach, she repeatedly went over them with the curling iron. As a result, the ends of my hair were pretty much burnt. I don't want to name the stylist because she was very kind but overall I was really unhappy with my blowout.
To make matters worse, I was shocked by the cost—$145 ($155 with tip) just for a blowout. I don't have extensions. I have medium length hair that stops mid back. I’ve never paid that much before, and I was even more upset considering the quality of the service. My hair was so crunchy that it was actually sticking to me, making the experience uncomfortable and far from what I wanted. I was so disappointed that I cried on my way home. I really wish my experience had been better, especially given the price.
I probably would not recommend them for blowouts/styling. I don't think the price justifies it, all things considered. I truly hope they improve their services, as no one should have to go through an experience like this, especially for the price they charge.

When you cancel an appointment 45 minutes before it's to occur, you should have the courtesy to follow up! This happened in April. Have not and will never go back, even though it seemed to be a nice studio. Understand things happen but if you want clients then at least follow up if you are the one canceling.
