I had a good experience, the procedure was super smooth and quick. Since it's a neighborhood dealer, there will be limited vehicles and no pickup trucks (only vans and bigger trucks).

I will never use this service again. I purchased a couple of additional small rental items to make moving large items a little easier. I assumed the rentals would be in the truck upon pickup. When we got there we were informed that we actually had to go to another U-Haul location to pick up these items. Had I known I would have just rented from this place instead and saved myself the trip. However, when we got to the second location, and after waiting in line for some time, we were told that the rental items should have been in the truck and that this location was out of both items. They also told us we needed to go back to the first location to have them removed from the bill. We went back to the first location and the guy seemed confused as to why they sent us back to him to have the items removed from the bill but he tried to remove them anyway. After some time of trying he was pretty sure they were removed but when the contract was re-printed they still showed up on there. He tried emailing me an updated copy but for some reason it wasn't letting me access it. He kept assuring me they had been removed but since I had no way of actually proving this I asked him just to make a note and initial a copy of the contract. I didn't even care about the rental charges at this point, I just wanted to be sure I wouldn't be held responsible if the items were considered missing upon return of the truck. He refused to make the note. I don't think it was unreasonable of me to ask for such a simple thing since I wasn't able to access the updated contract and had no way of proving that I never received the rental items or assuring that I wouldn't be charged for losing them. Also, between the back and forth with this location and the second location, it took about 2 hours and drastically cutting into my moving time.
