Terry is amazing. I went in to pick up a tablet with my husband and decided to upgrade my phone as well. Terry was knowledgeable, attentive and extremely patient.

I was having trouble getting real answers on my account from the online chatbots and the AI call centers Verizon kept pushing me towards so I came in to this Verizon store to talk to someone in person and James was so helpful. He didn’t have access to everything I would have liked to see, but he was very helpful with what he could and I got the answers I needed.

I've been with Tmobile for years but I happened to walk in and I asked the you g lady working a few questions. She was very detailed and completely sold me! I came back a week later requested Paola (is her name) and switched over 4 lines. I've heard great things about Verizon so far I'm very impressed. She made the process fast and took care of everything while multi tasking.

Great customer service from all employees working today 6/8. Thank you Perla & new trainee for helping my family and I. Its always a bummer having to spend lots on damaged phones, but you guys made the process simple & were very helpful.
