Made me wait hours for a scheduled check in. Came two days in a row because of their mistakes. Poor service each time and they messed up my wire transfer. Overall, a horrible experience. Don't come here.

I'm not a fan of WFB in general, but this branch is a fresh level of hell. They are ridiculously understaffed or have poor staff utilization and planning. I've never waited less than 20 minutes to do a teller transaction. They over book appts with bankers so even with an appt you have a wait. Always plenty of managers roaming the floor though! When you have a problem to be solved, no two people give you the same answer. Seems they just make it up as they go along. This branch either needs to be staffed up or closed and the staff added to other understaffed branches. There are far better banks around. The telephone customer service is abysmal as well but that's another review!

Wells Fargo Center was World Saving Center when Wells acquired Worlds indirectly. parking arrangement abnormal, thus not a lot of parking. eats; services: -i-tea wells fargo globalart wells fargo mortgage hair it is monica's learning center glamor threading wireless works dentist health day spa notes: -still some vacancies -lack of plentiful parking doesn't attract chains, franchisees as tenants almost all indies but one. .
