The poor pharmacy employees are under staffed. I will sometimes call and be on hold for 45 minutes before giving up and hanging up. Sometimes they put cardboard up and ignore the drive through window because they are so overwhelmed. I love the staff, but poor management.

Incompetent pharmacist (Triet?). Told over the phone no cost for a vaccination with my insurance card but turns out to be a bunch of b.s. Whatever they tell you, do not believe them unless they put it in writing. Bunch of liars here.

Spoke with Jorge pharmacy tech. Super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Jorge literally saved the day by going above and beyond and helped me tremendously especially what transpired the day before, (a mess) with the previous employees that wasn't so helpful.
