My sister bought 7 packs of tamales for several families that now will never get eaten. we live an hour away, when i ate one there was a long black hair in my tamale. So i called them and they only replace one package. (Don't want them replaced) just want a refund. They claim they wear hairnets. Will never go back again.

I ordered catering from them on a Monday for Saturday. They were quick in confirming my order. I came in Saturday at around 3:50, I let the cashier know I was here for my order and sat down. At about 4:05 I went back and checked on my order again. The cashier didn't remember me from asking 15 mins ago. Another worker told the cooks about my order where I overheard the cook say "you're just telling me about this now?" 25 mins later my food was ready. I waited 40 minutes in total. There was no apology from the inconvenience. Food is great for the price. Customer service will make me never order from here again. I have used them 2 prior times and the food wasn't ready right away but they had been working on it. This time the cashier didn't even mention that I was there until the second time I asked.

Tasty, cheap burritos & very quick service if you call ahead. Best bang for your buck in the area, as other burrito places can be expensive.

This is my go to supermercado and Taqueria. The store is super clean and well organized with limited but outstanding produce and a well run butcher section with all of the traditional cuts of meats, cheeses and salsas made in house. All of the dry chili's and spices you could want. Traditional canned goods and other stuff you won't find in the big box stores. And the prices are very un-big box.The Taqueria is a gem and always busy. Your order is made in front of you. They point to what they have and you nod or shake your head and boom...magic! What a jewel.

Price -Large fresh squeezed juice $7.99 after tax little over $8.20 5/5 Juice- 4.5/5 They use fresh ingredients. I love the taste next time I'll get a little less carrot ( they used large size) because the carrot is a little bit overpowering, but overall can't go wrong with fresh squeeze. They also do it right up front so you can see the person doing it. Also all the ingredients have so many benefits

My favorite burrito! I've been eating here for years and I recommend it to everyone! They pack this burrito full of meat, toppings and anything you want. Not only is this a great tasting burrito but for the price ($12!!) and how big of a meal you get it's more than worth the trip down. They offer way more than just burritos by the way! Tacos, breakfast items, quesadillas and all the favorites. Do yourself a favor and grab some tasty food or a delicious horchata!

El Rancho Supermercado is a solid solid place to get burritos. My partner and I ordered a couple of Super Burritos for the family over the phone. By the time we got there, which was around 12 minutes later, our entire order of 5 Super Burritos were ready to be picked up.Not only are the burritos (at least the Super Burritos) packed with food and flavor, they are fast and efficient. I can attest that El Rancho Supermercado's burritos are very filling. Had I not been starving when I ate their burrito, I probably would have only been able to eat half of it.Happy eating, fam!

This grocery/market is right across from Trader Joe's off of Grove and Redwood Road. Parking is very tight so prepare to be patient. There is also a parking lot in the back . Grocery store: the produce here is good and well-priced. Strawberries are much cheaper here and the limes are by far better quality than the other big named grocery stores. At the butcher, you can find marinated carne asada, chicken, etc. all ready to throw on the grill. We love making street tacos and buying everything we need from here. I am a HUGE salsa lover and they have a wide selection of freshly made salsas (located right next to the meat). Just ask because there are at least 2 that are very spicy, but delicious. They sell huge bags of tortilla chips that could feed a big group of people. They also sell fresh cotija cheese if you're a fan of it. Taqueria: All I can say is, yum! We get their burritos to go on a weekly basis. My husband loves their super carnitas burrito. I get a bean, cheese, & rice burrito and have them add pico de gallo, salsa, & cilantro to give that extra tastiness. Taqueria Catering: we ordered enough to feed 20 for my daughter's birthday and we and our guests were amazed at the freshness, taste, and quantity that we received. We placed the order by phone (check their website to see all of their options). The pricing was perfect-I can't recall exactly what we paid but around $200 to feed 20 people. We actually had leftovers despite everyone getting their fill. I'm glad we have this market in CV and am especially looking forward to having them cater our next big party.

Great food. Great price.Great service. Long lines. I only got churros but they were amazing. Fresh out of the fryer coded with cinnamon and sugar. Best I ever had. My sister and cousin got burrito bowls and I wish I got one too. The meat was Fresh, soft, and well seasoned. The rice and beans was cooked to perfection and they add whatever toppings you want at no extra cost. If you are ever near here please go try them out.

I love this place, we order here to cater office events, and I get the family meals several times a year. The food is 5 stars... but today I called in my order and the young girl, with long eyelashes ignored me and took many people ahead of me, to the point that if I could have stood in line to order, it would have been faster (she had 6 people that were in line ordering pay before me)! I had to lean on the counter because I threw out my back. I finally said I was next and she said I wasn't in line (tho the guy ahead of me was in the exact same spot near the counter!). She had no empathy for anyone older with health issues. I've been coming here for 20 years!!! And have never been treated like this! And the whole time I was there, my good was sitting next to her for me to pick up.

We like food there and come to this store once a week. Usually we like a male server (medium build) who is friendly and gives us normal portion. Last week I had a new tall guy as my server and his customer service was bad along with a female server (she is also relatively new). They kept laughing at my accents. I didn't take it so seriously at the first time; however, they kept laughing every single time I spoke a word. "Are you still laughing!?", I said. They ignored and laughed. I said "Very offensive." to them. The guy stopped but the lady again laughed. Are they racist against Asians? It shows a lack of class on their part.
