About Coastal Cooling
Coastal Cooling is a cross dock facility. The check-in location is different from the loading dock. Drivers must first go to 10735 Ocean Mist Pkwy to check in at the guard shack or a dirt lot. After check-in, there is an excellent staging area to wait, often for a long time past the appointment. Drivers get a call for their door and then proceed to the dock. The dock is a bit snug to back into. The employees are friendly, kind, and courteous, making up for any delays. It is a good place to load.

Cannot check-in at the pick up location
They will tell you to go to the end of Ocean Mist st to a dirt lot and check in
