“Their mailbox services, ($20mnth) saved our lives. Not able to trust our resident address in an RV park to receive mail and PO Boxes so expensive. This small mailbox works well with important correspondence such as Calfresh, welfare, EDD, etc rather than PO Boxes which they don't accept. Always get mail on time only set back having to pick it up from San Juan Bautista to Prunedale but worth it by far. Debbie your awesome ?.”

“The storage units are well maintained overall, although units may get a bit dusty. The gentleman at the front desk is polite and helpful. So far, I am happy with the service and rates. Only inconvenience is that they close at 5pm during late fall / winter months. I wish they could close at least at 6pm year-round so I could still go after I get off work so take this in consideration. Recommended.”

“Never thought I'd need to rent a storage unit but the day finally came and I needed one fast. I was surprised how quick they responded with a quote and was super informative on what space they recommend. I had to clear out my garage so I went with the 25x10. When I went to drop off my things, I was really impressed with how clean the facility is, it looks brand new. Didn't see anyone around so that privacy while offloading was nice. I ended up having more room than I needed since the ceilings were much higher than I thought but still can't beat the price for the amount of space. Very easily accessible for big moving vehicles too, 10/10 would definitely recommend”

“Only moving service to use if you're in the Salinas or Monterey area! PROs: I know this company has a bad review from 2019, but my families experience was above 5 stars. We're military and received last-minute orders and had only 4 days to pack out 11,000 lbs from our 4 bedroom home. This company came and did a survey on a Sat and prepped, packed, labeled, inventoried, and crated our entire home in 9 hours! The crew leader "Fred" was very professional and laid out a very solid plan for his team of 5 to follow to accomplish this task during the initial tour of our home in the morning. Each crew member was professional and very understanding of my families packing wishes. Please tell each person what is extremely valuable and fragile and they will pack and label it to your wishes. We have a few thousand pounds of antiquities to include a 400lb, 20-foot long wooden bookcase from France that they hand packed each piece and then built a custom crate for to ensure it was given max protection. Everyone was very polite and worked extremely hard to accommodate my families truncated timetable. You can list as many High-Value Items that you want. We had 2 pages of them! CONs: As the customer, you need to tell the crew member very detailed instructions on what and how you need your things packed. If you give no guidance, then expect average detail while having your items packed. Don't even bother researching other companies. Use this company regardless of the competition!”

“We broke a Leaf Spring on our 2020 Montana 5th Wheel trailer on Sunday and contacted CTS Rv repair to see if they could replace the leaf spring On our trailer. Mitchell came out on Monday, ordered the part said it would be Wed or Thursday before he could install the part. Mitchell showed up on Wed afternoon in the rain and had the part installed in an hour. We were able to get back on the road the following morning. The quality and value of work was excellent and exceeded our expectation. They are pros, cautious about making sure nothing hit the walls, wrapped and unwrapped all the nice furniture, asked where things belonged, and were so nice when we asked them to move items.
