“Associate, Primo, took good care of me in the process of zeroing in on a good unit and handling all the administrative paperwork. He was kind and helpful. He did a great job explaining the rundown and facilitating me as not just a client, but a guest. He did an excellent job. I'm looking forward to storing my things at their facility.”
“Good service Cinthya and Patricia both give an excellent service, very polite, they offered me a coffee and I just got the mug!
Come to rent here, they will treat you well.”

Thank you for the service.”
“I made my reservation and paid for it over the phone with a customer service person who was very helpful and efficient. When I arrived on the first day to receive my lock and to meet Nigel, he was extremely pleasant and professional and answered all of my questions even though I felt like I bugged him a lot he continued to be very helpful and professional. Overall so far a very pleasant and positive experience.”
“Stored my things here for six months and had an excellent experience. Easy to select the right sized unit I needed. Added bonus to use the free moving van to bring everything to the unit. Highly recommend.”
“Fantastic moving company! Did a military move for us and it was the most fun, quick, best move we’ve ever had- and we move a lot! Carlos, Alex, and Elias! We could not have had a better move! They’re fantastic and I would recommend to anyone and everyone! These guys are great movers and made our day fantastic!! They drove hours and still were in fantastic spirits all day!!! I could not be more impressed with this company and this crew!!! Definitely hire them!!!”
“We moved suddenly and needed a safe, clean storage facility to keep our furniture and belongings until we were able to get our permanent place. Salinas Self Storage was wonderful! We would definitely come back if we ever needed a unit again. The office staff is great too! Popcorn in the office is an added bonus. Highly recommend!”

“Best storage unit I’ve had so far, very friendly staff, always clean, basically new, & the price is just right. Unfortunately, most storage units I’ve had in the past have been over priced or were supper strict. I would definitely recommend this place either for a short or long period of time & staff are always willing to work with you if you talk to them & let them know before hand.”
“I received excellent customer service from Elizabeth at All Safe Self-Storage!!! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and explained the different options for storage! “I came earlier than the open time, unaware of that, still Mr. Anthony was very friendly and professional. He assured me and made the process very pleasant! Highly recommend this storage company.”
“Whether it's routine maintenance or upgrading our solar and batteries to our Class C RV, Mitchell and CTS RV Repair have consistently done outstanding work. Their technical expertise, honesty, fair pricing, and attention to detail have earned our complete trust. The service and quality are far above what we've experienced at most RV dealership service departments. We're so glad we found CTS RV Repair and highly recommend them!”
“I just love this place it's small quiet And no drama, the lady that works in the office is super sweet. And it's willing to work with you as long as you communicate with her.”
“Never thought I'd need to rent a storage unit but the day finally came and I needed one fast. I was surprised how quick they responded with a quote and was super informative on what space they recommend. I had to clear out my garage so I went with the 25x10. When I went to drop off my things, I was really impressed with how clean the facility is, it looks brand new. Didn't see anyone around so that privacy while offloading was nice. I ended up having more room than I needed since the ceilings were much higher than I thought but still can't beat the price for the amount of space. Very easily accessible for big moving vehicles too, 10/10 would definitely recommend”

“Great service from Albert & Ricardo today making a reservation for rental truck. They looked up different options to help lower the cost. If you rent a Penske truck ask about AAA Ins discount - 12% off. The young gentleman also suggested that I call their main office in Gilroy to see if they might have additional discounts available to apply. Thank you, Albert & Ricardo. I did call the Gilroy store, spoke to Sarah who was very friendly & helpful. Sarah was able to take a few dollars off for additional days that we may need the truck. Thank you, Sarah.”

“Waited a good while, but when I got into a dock, I had a severely leaning pallet, with some boxes on the floor. Instead of making a big deal about it, they had me help them and we fixed, no problem, friendly & helpful.”
