“This is a great place to store stuff: clean, secure, gated access, alarmed and monitored. We’ve been tenants since Oct, 2020.
Debbie, the on-site manager is very friendly and helpful. The rent is a bargain considering its location. If you live in the SF Bay Area, it’s worth the drive to save serious cash for a lot of space and great customer service. Rent can be paid online through their website.
My wife and I started living full time in our RV since the COVID pandemic, and we needed a place for the stuff we can’t fit in the rig. We found this place right down the road from when our RV was parked at the Salinas KOA. Even though we’re now staying in our RV just outside Rio Vista, it’s worth it to us to keep our unit here.”

“This is my second time delivering at this location. Quick check in, fast paperwork and unloading is very quick. They follow all safety precautions i.e: Tandems moved back, wheels chocked, landing gear down and glad-hand lock on the air supply line.One of my favorite place to come to.Great courteous staff too.”

There was no line when we visited, and since we already had a QR code for our shipment, the process was simple. The employee just scanned the code and accepted the package.
The store was clean during our visit, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

“Four words: Easy peasy lemon squeezy. If you're not familiar with this location; the store is found in the far back left of this tight parking lot. The store front sign is small and obscure. Thus you might pass the store; so drive slowly. Customer service is so friendly here. Caveat: they do not help unload boxes from your vehicle. The cost to ship a regular size LBC box is now $75 dollars (due to COVID?) they take cash or credit/debit cards for payment Overall, I am completely satisfied and recommend this LBC location. Shipping goods to The Philippines? Use this place! You will not be disappointed. Cheers!”

“I've rented a private mail box at this facility for the past 10 plus years before it was bought out by the current owners. I haven't had any issues with the former and current owners as I get my mail and packages on time. I use this facility because I used to have a USPS PO Box but they didn't at the time accept UPS or FedEx packages which was a pain as I would be forced to drive to their facility to pick up my packages. The former and current owners gave me a key so I can go into their facility after hours and pick up my mail at any hour which is very coinvent. When I had a USPS PO Boxes they would closed the building after a certain hour and you couldn't get in as well the days they were closed to include holidays so you were out of luck until they open up the next day(s).”

“Hello 1/22/2026, Here is an update I wanna give recognition to the City Carrier who delivers by the laurel wood area near Hyde and Bush Street. The carrier was amazing took his time,drove city speed limit even honked before reversing alerting he is blind and is backing up. The carrier is amazing as I spoken to him he just started 2 weeks ago and as I evulated he passed take time patience. Also my home has deliveries he finished his sort before returning to deliver packages, as I approached his vehicle he had everything organized he had packages near him while he delivered packages before leaving area. As leaving looked right, left, and right again was acknowledge before proceeding was acknowledge. Well my name is Richard Nicholas Borunda my Credential idetification A 05-0026 you can call me Ghost King Boy Nicholas NDA.
