The lack of customer service or the employees actually caring is unbelievable at this store. Multiple times I have tried to use the discounts in the AMPM app, only to have it not work at this location. Each time I've received a response from the employees of "we hate that app".Right now a specific frozen coffee drink is being offered for free, nothing unusual about that, right? The store has a sticker advertising the free drink when using the app right in front of the machine with said drink. Now this would lead me to believe the employees might know the special is happening, right? I notice the machine has a sign on it saying "machine being cleaned - do not drink" - so I go over and ask the person (male who looks barely 21) behind the counter when they will be done cleaning? The kid responds with "ok" and a grin like he's being cute. So I ask again and he replies back with "ok today" this time. Now the third time I asked if he understood the question or maybe I was talking too fast? To which the employee replies "ok".So on that and many other like experiences at this location, they will not have my business again. I highly recommend the 7-11 located just a little east at the corner of Perez. The employees there always seem to be happy to help. They also don't charge the ridiculous $0.35 fee for using a debit card.

I got there just as an employee was leaving the restroom, there was urine all over the seat. I had to clean up before I could use... +1 star for having a restroom for drivers

My experience at this store was awesome and i would definitely go back to this gas station not only for the gas but for the food. The food is always fresh and is never expired. The store is always clean and looks organized as well. Overall this ampm has been the best ampm I have been to.

I’m an AM/PM regular in the greater Palm Springs area (love the fresh brewed coffee), and I can’t say enough about Maria (store manager) and her staff at the Cathedral City store on E. Palm Canyon, they’re a cut above!!!…Maria keeps the store well stocked, very clean, and it’s obvious she truly cares about the customer experience…The AM/PM company, both at the corporate and franchise level, are very lucky to have her!!!

I work nearby & go often. The staff is really helpful when needed & Maria was very nice & patient. I’m going to continue to go there for my breaks & gas.

Frequent customer since I work nearby and its one of the cleanest ampm(Facts) in the valley and really nice employees for how busy it is and the Manager Maria is always super nice to us

My favorite store on my route to work store is extremely clean and the ladies who work there are always friendly the manager Maria even remembers my name!

Pulled in just before 7 30 AM on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 to purchase a full tank of gas. There were a few other cars at the pumps. I walked in and got a cup of coffee and a hot dog. When I walked up to the register the Manager, a dark-haired woman, said "I am not selling you gas." I was incredulous. That has never happened in my nearly 40 years of driving. I responded, "I can't get gas?" She replied, "I am shutting the pumps down for three hours." No apology. No explanation. No facial expression. Nothing. Spoken like a drone. Terribly unprofessional. My car was the last one there when I walked back out, but it had been one of several three minutes earlier and had been parked at the pump for three, four minutes. She could have allowed me to fuel, then turned everything off. But worse was her demeanor. I know her job sucks and she is not very good at it, but at least earn some of that pay with professionalism. She is terrible. I left the coffee and the dog on the counter and walked out. She is a poor representative with atrocious customer service. I WILL NOT be back to this gasoline station and will tell others in my life so they will not purchase gas there, hopefully. Done for good here.

Gas was .20 cents more a gallon when using debit card and the they charge. 35 cents to use debit card. RUDE Staff

The manager Maria is a very unprofessional and ignored the specific promotions and she saw that it was true and said it was my fault that it didn’t apply. How is it a customers fault?
