Cathedral Smoke Shop is a local business that offers a wide selection of products, including Stiizy pens and Teeter Juice disposable pens. The staff, particularly Mercedes, is described as friendly and polite. Customers have praised the shop's excellent service and have become good friends with the staff over the years. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the inconsistent hours of operation, as the owner often arrives later than the posted opening time, leaving customers waiting outside. Despite this, the owner is generally described as friendly and approachable, even if their punctuality could be improved.
