Stay away from this place, they don't know how to treat customers. They do not return service calls, after multiple trys, they ignore requests to be called back.... they will take your money, and then leave you hanging. Take your business where you are respected!

Took my jeep gladiator in to have the axle shaft and seal replaced, it was a recall. When I dropped it off I asked for a rental and was told to go next door, when I got there there were no customers I asked for a rental the salesman took me to a lady that said she had no rentals so I asked were I could go she shrugged said I don't know. I got a rental from enterprise I then asked if someone could give me a ride, nope.. so after 2 days I'm told my jeep is done I go to pick it up and I see there is no mention of replacing the brake shoes that have been soaking in 90 weight oil for atleast a week. The service gal has a kid walk out to look at it, he tries to tell me that they probably cleaned them, I said they can't clean them there have to be replaced. He starts arguing with me so I left I got home and looked under at my breaks and axle hear is what I saw. 90 weight dripping down and it was all over the brake caliper and on the the Rotor. I have pictures but I can't upload them.. never going back.. got a call from Alex who's head of service, he tried to blackmail me saying if I take my review down he will fix my jeep he said he gives me his word, so I say fix it then I'll take the review down, never heard from him again. I posted pictures on their website of my brakes and the oil still dripping down. They also replaced my batteries but I couldn't see were they had taken of the fuse panel then I remembered you can take the inner fender of so I looked and they broke of the clips and instead of putting new ones on they just left it that way. Thanks again Alex and general manager for nothing except a broken jeep.

This will probably be my last car purchase and I shutter to think how much a new one would be in another 20 years. I had a Ford Expedition Limited since it was new in 2005, & seems like a bunch of miles for me, but it just turned over 86,000. I rented a Dodge Challenger in 2019 when my truck was in the body shop & when it came time to turn it in, I didn't want to. I loved my big V8 SUV that was the closest thing that I was ever going to get to a Lincoln Town Car in the way that it drove & handled but I was tired of 9 miles per gallon in town and 14-15 on the road. So with my love of the rented Challenger with the V6 from 2019 and my current thinking that I don't want to keep a vehicle much longer than 18 years (plus it was about time to put new tires on it and that's when I normally trade vehicles), I started my search online which was really nice until I started getting calls from all kinds of dealers around me trying to earn my business. It reminded me of the old days that I detest so much when buying a new car. I previously had some email interaction with my salesman, Ernie, probably about a year ago and I don't think he would remember me but I already had in mind that I was going to buy the car from Crystal Chrysler simply because it was close to my house and it's in the same city that I reside in and the sales tax is 8.75% instead of right next to me it's 9.5%. So on $40,000 + it makes a little difference in the bottom line. When I met Ernie in person, I felt very comfortable with him in person.I had already made up my mind that I had to order a car because my internet research was just 2022 models that had packages on them that I did not want. Ernie did his best to find me something comparable to what I wanted but either it was missing the top end stereo i had to have or there were options included that were of no use to me.I also had contacted Costco auto purchase program and was very disappointed in that. The dealership was in Orange County south of LA which is about a 2-hour trip and I only spoke to the salesperson by telephone but he seemed nice. I gave him all the specs that I wanted and he came back to me and said that his manager said he couldn't help me. Boom just like that and I replied asking what did he suggest I do and he didn't bother to reply to me. I then went back to Ernie at Crystal Chrysler. I told him what had happened and that we needed to sit down and complete an order for 2023 Challenger. This was on November 30th of 2022. At that time, I was told it could be up to 6 months before my car would arrive so given that it's the last year that they were making the Challenger, I felt lucky. My luck improved as time went by because the order was acknowledged by Dodge on December 21st and then scheduled for production in January which occurred on the 18th. On the 23rd it was shipped and arrived from its long journey on February 13th.I was a little nervous when I went to the dealership on Valentine's Day because I was given a receipt for the $1,000 that I put up for the special order and no contract or any other paperwork per se. The Dodge site did specify that the sticker price that came on the car was not necessarily the price that I would pay. Initially Ernie told me before I ordered my car that I would pay $3,000 over sticker price for a Challenger because of it being the last year and I quickly told him that I was not going to pay $3,000 over asking price. I was willing to pay sticker price and that was agreed upon via text messages at the time of order. So I was relieved when I did arrive to pick up the car that there were no surprises and we shook hands and went with the dealer financing that was offered because of the extended warranty. Dealer financing offered at the same rate USAA was quoting for financing. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the way this transaction took place & I will gladly refer this dealership.I also believe in patronizing the dealer for service. Their ratings were good so I look forward to future exper

I can't be anymore grateful for Danny Ramos who works as a service advisor for the mechanic portion of the dealership . Not only has his work been absolutely incredible (I never return for the same issue) but his whole attitude and demeanor really magnify the great customer experience for me. I would recommend any repairs or maintenance to be done here and be sure to ask for Danny, he's the best.

I made the appointment for today to have recall issue taken care of. After waiting 30 minutes to check in to find you don't even have the parts. Your service department should have checked to see what the recall was for. This was a waste of my morning.I hoping to see improvement.

Service department is terrible. I bought my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them had a pleasant buying experience. Their service department is a whole different story. Took my car in for a check engine light, realize my car is still under warranty and pretty new. They told me they needed my car for the entire day. Did not offer me a loaner car I had to rent one. Picked my car up the following day. 2 days later check engine light came back on. Wanted my car again for a day with no offer for a loaner. Went somewhere else. Took them a matter of minutes to fix. Chrystal the supposed manager called me and offered me a free service next time if I would give them a stellar review so I did. Went in for my last service about 6 weeks ago explained the service was supposed to be free per Chrystal. Just received an email for my vehicle report they applied one of my 3 purchased oil changes to my account instead of giving me the free service. I do not recommend them for anyone. I will go to another Jeep dealer next time.

Worse place ever been. Had appointment for reprogram the key. From yucca valley just to hear from them we don't work on this year. Had to get a pin from them and had to wait for someone who was in a meeting for 20 minutes at least and never came to me and help me till I ask if there's is any body else to help. Everyone is just talking to them just ignoring customers . They made me waist my time . I wish I never come back to them for any reason.

WORST PLACE EVER!! What a total joke - had an appointment for my jeep to get looked at, they quoted me $650 just to run engine diagnostics - a $150 job! Waited there all day long when I finally went up to the desk to ask, they said oh you have to bring it back tomorrow (despite my appointment). I said how many more hours would I have sat there if I hadn't come up to the desk??

I bought a used 2022 Kia Telluride from Crystal Chrysler. While that experience was good, getting service at the dealership was NOT. There is an online service booking system. I tried it five times over three days. It did not work. There was also an online chat system (Crystal CDJR). I ended up using that service seeking to book a service appointment. I provided the information requested (took over 5 minutes), and was told I could expect a call, text or email back. I never heard anything. I ended up phoning to book an appointment. I made it clear that it was for a Kia Telluride purchased used from Crystal Chrysler. The person at Crystal Chrysler was able to find the vehicle and confirmed an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told: (a) the online booking system doesn't work; (b) the Crystal CDJR doesn't really work either; (c) the person who booked the appointment failed to flag the make/model, so the dealership did not have the parts; etc. I was frustrated, mostly because the person (Crystal) who met me when I arrived made it feel like it was my fault, and failed to take ownership of the situation. I was also told that there were only two service techs on duty, so the service could not start (even an oil change would take 2 hours). Bottom line, this is one of the worst car service experiences I have ever encountered, and I most certainly will NEVER GO BACK.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at any Dodge dealership and these people are lazy they don't want to do anything to help your situation or to answer any of your questions and I was just going to get nitrous air put in my tires and they give me this huge runaround over the phone terrible man I'll never go to this place ever again.

Took my new Jeep Wrangler for her first oil change. 45 minutes and it's done. My 6 mile home drive my driveway is full of oil and just leaking away from underneath. I drive back to the dealership and 50 minutes later they said their was a crack in the filter. And the cap was not completely on so oil got all over my engine and everywhere in the under carriage. They replaced the crack filter and pressure washed all the oil from below and my engine. Got home and still smelled like burning oil. I was pretty disappointed because this is my new car with only 5700 miles on it. Don't think I can take my car there again. Alex my service rep was very nice and I appreciated all he did for me but for the technicians that work on the cars this was something that could have been avoided.

This is the worst dealership around. I made an appointment ahead of time for two recalls and three issues on warranty work. I took my vehicle in at 8:00 a.m. and the service advisor Mike Flores told me he would call me and update me. 3:30 p.m. rolls around I called and touch base with Mike he says he has no information yet but before the end of the day he would call me. Nothing, I called back again at 4:30 and he is gone for the day and so are all the other service advisors. They had my vehicle all day and did nothing?? They get paid for the warranty work, but the treatment was unacceptable. If I had not called at 4:30 I would have no vehicle. There was one girl left there that stayed till 5:30. I arrived at 5:20 to pick my vehicle up and will never do business with that place again. Even the sales department when I asked for the big boss, he's gone for the day. Nobody cared, but guaranteed if you're spending money there, they don’t care. Don't waste your time with this dealership. Terrible service, terrible customer service, and just terrible all around.Incompetent and unprofessional dealership I've ever dealt with.

I bought a brand new 2023 Jeep Wrangler on 03/07/23. A month after the windshield washer fluid warning light went on. The AC takes between 15-20 minutes to start cooling off and it's not even enough to be a brand new car. I made an appointment and took my car today at 9 am. They staff is not polite and they can care less about all the inconvenience the customer has to go through. I was told my Jeep needed to stay there until Monday, I requested a rental car since I have to work. I was told no rental car was available and I can go rent a car on my own. I requested to speak with the supervisor, his name was Felipe Candido he was even worse he told me nothing else can be done. You can go rent a car on your own. He was rude, he showed me no empathy and didn't even bother to help me. He has zero customer service he was even laughing when he was talking to me. I went to talk to the supervisor from the sales department seeking for help even he told me you are better off taking your Jeep to the I-10 Chrysler in La Quinta.People don't buy from this dealership and don't take your car to their service department.
