Came to store and pharmacy was closed for lunch a whole hour, all pharmacy staff at one time. Waited till 2pm for crew to return. No sign of them.... Waited till 215pm until they returned, almost 15-minutes late. People in line were upset and workers could care less. On my turn, they said my prescription was not ready even though it was called in almost two hours earlier. Another long wait.... Was gonna buy a coke on way out, waited online behind 5 people and one cashier, just left. They need a manager or fire whoever leads these lax folks.

Rude customer service (I know, Ironic choice of words). This pharmacy is a mess. They close for lunch when people try to pick up RX during lunch time. Overall, it seems that this store as well as the pharmacy are a mess and difficult to navigate. Today is my last day having shopped here. I am sorry I cursed at the technician, but it was well-earned.

Poor customer service, pharmacist was out for lunch and girl helping us as if (helping customer is not in their vocabulary,) they should not be working in this industry rude dealing with patients. Do not go for your pharmacy needs. You might have to take prescription for rudeness before you meet these employees in this pharmacy.

So so. Looks like any other CVS. Only one worker that I saw in the store. I flagged her down and asked directions. She told me with no hesitation the isle and approximately where on the isle it was located. Since I was the only person in the store she could have just picked it up for me so I am giving her only four stars. When I finally found it she was nowhere to be found for check out. I saw her in the distance and asked where the cashier was. She came quickly and rang me up.

After 40 or more years using CVS’s. I am very disappointed to find out that instead of receiving rewards points monthly or however it was they used to do, they now give it to you each visit? Why would anyone want to drive out of there way for .24cent discount? I will be transferring all my prescription to another pharmacy.

Thank you, Vanessa. Just had a beautiful newborn baby girl Thursday Apr, 29. 2021. These past four first days of fatherhood have kicked my butt. I've been up for 20 hours barely getting any sleep, but it's so worth it I'm in love. However, I'm on edge, I'm emotional, I'm tired, hangry. I've been having the worst luck with my insurance trying to find a pharmacy that accepts us. Although Molina has been a huge hassle. I went May 3, 2021. Into CVS and of course, insurance is dilly dallying they haven't sent the order, I don't even want to get into it because it's stressing me out right now. I'm just glad I was helped by Vanessa, she took care of my needs very Patiently and explained everything to me thoroughly. Thanks again! Will be back soon.

If you travel to Hawaii do not use CVS. Covid -19 test does not take 1-2 days as advertised. You will be on edge and more likely miss your flight and your vacation will be ruined. They provide no information when your test will be ready. Their Minute clinic uses the third party lab which they claim they have no control of. The only help they offer is 800 number and you are on your own. For traveling to Hawaii use American Family Care clinic's rapid test ( 30 minutes). It will cost you $215 but prevent your frustration and ruined vacation.
