Homeless outside, filth on the ground all around the parking lot. Staff more interested in watching you to make sure you're not stealing rather than providing customer service. Welcome to the land of the free, this is the new norm.

Terrible Pharmacy -closed for lunch (must be understaffed or unable to plan?) -reopened 10 min late -told me that they didn't have my medicine in stock (after already having to change them through the system) -was only able to get one of my meds -called the next day to see if they can check other cvs inventory, said they couldn't and the doc would have to check other pharmacies (what?? Like a doc is going to have time for that) -magically they DO have it in stock and they apologized for the wrong information the day prior, said it would be ready in 1 hour -came 2 hours later, wasn't ready -waited in the store, finally got called and had to wait in a long line again -store is out of a ton of stock (not throat spray, low inventory or missing inventory) Do not recommend.

Just to warn prospective customers they do have a tendency to screw up prescriptions and make things so bad that you can't get it filled again for 3 months even though it might have been a 30 day supply each time. They also won't allow for more than 120 pills of any narcotic prescriptions. That is a personal choice for this store only. It's disgusting and absurd. If you have issues with giving people their prescribed medication than don't own or run a drugstore. They also regularly lie to customers about their prescriptions and the status because they have screw up. Go to another pharmacy.

The lead pharmacist at this location is rude, unpleasant to customers, and dismissive of questions. Getting a prescription filled here is an uncomfortable experience.

I recently lost a iPad charger and went to this CVS location to get a new one. When I found the charger this worker named Peggy got mad and started telling me how it didn’t fit when there was two and I took the charger and stuck in the one that fit. She kept telling me how it didn’t fit and started getting very mad about it then we eventually bought the charger and she finally calmed down when left the store she kept saying “Keep that receipt!”

I had a very nice experience today at this CVS. Found exactly what I needed and then was assisted by Aaron at checkout who couldn’t have been nicer. He was professional and really pleasant to visit with. Thanks to Aaron and the store management for making my day!

Came to store and pharmacy was closed for lunch a whole hour, all pharmacy staff at one time. Waited till 2pm for crew to return. No sign of them.... Waited till 215pm until they returned, almost 15-minutes late. People in line were upset and workers could care less. On my turn, they said my prescription was not ready even though it was called in almost two hours earlier. Another long wait.... Was gonna buy a coke on way out, waited online behind 5 people and one cashier, just left. They need a manager or fire whoever leads these lax folks.

Rude customer service (I know, Ironic choice of words). This pharmacy is a mess. They close for lunch when people try to pick up RX during lunch time. Overall, it seems that this store as well as the pharmacy are a mess and difficult to navigate. Today is my last day having shopped here. I am sorry I cursed at the technician, but it was well-earned.

Nothing but disappointment with the early closing time of your store, particularly the pharmacy. I recently had an experience where I arrived at the store just a few minutes before the posted closing time, only to find that the pharmacy had already closed its doors and was no longer accepting customers.This was particularly frustrating because I had just rung the telephone to ensure that I would be able to get the medication I needed before the store closed. Despite my efforts to be there on time, I was turned away and left without the medication that I needed.As a loyal customer of CVS, I expect that your store will be open and available to serve customers during the posted business hours. Closing early not only inconveniences customers, but it also damages the reputation of the store and erodes customer trust.I hope that CVS will take this feedback seriously and make efforts to ensure that the store, including the pharmacy, remains open and available to customers during the posted business hours. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The staff is soooo helpful. I had a tough day because I had been gardening and had no idea bugs were in some normal dirt. I got bitten, and very quickly needed to go to Urgent Care for the bites. It was Saturday and Walgreens close to me was shockingly closed until Monday. CVS got my prescriptions and quickly filled them. A++++ service

I understand the pharmacy was near closing time on a Saturday, but the ladies should do better with their customer service and professionalism. You're engaging with already sick and less-than cheerful customers just seeking their dang medication. Plus, ladies, y'all need to present better for the field you work in. Mexico's pharmacy staff present way better and demonstrate so much more professional etiquette than you ladies did. Tisk, tisk.
