I was there at 10:00 am. The staff had just pulled up and I was told they opened at 10:30 am. I left and returned at 10:36 and was told to return in 15 minutes as they weren't ready to open yet, why post your hours if your not gonna honor them or post something on the door why have me running around.

The Cathedral City Don Roberto Jewelers helped size a new watch by removing a few links from the band. I happened to notice they carry a good selection of Citizen watches ---my favorite brand-- and others watch brands also. I will have to come back here for my next Citizen watch. Karina was very kind while showing me new watches and also helped me find diamond post earrings in my budget range. This jeweler has a very large selection of all types of fine jewelry in all price ranges. I appreciate their help and very nice staff---Thanks a lot!!!!!

Excellent service. This is the first time I have been here. Came in today to have some watches sized. They were quick and courteous. I did see they have a beautiful selection of men’s watches. I think I will have to come back and buy myself a Christmas present. ?

Store opened after their listed opening time and then told me they could not change a watch battery. They were nice about it and suggested another store but still annoying.
