For the price and location, this Doubletree Hotel checks the boxes for a convenient, clean and relaxing place to stay in the Palm Springs area.
Gorgeous views of the mountains and golf course which is the main reason people seem to stay here; to golf.
Refreshing pool which is maintained nicely but not with lots of children frills which is fine with me since I like a quiet pool.
You can check out a hotel bike with a room key which is great.
Tennis courts available but I did not use or look into the rules.
Hotel is pet friendly, which is always a great option for me. Pet fees apply of course.
Hotel staff were all helpful when I asked a question or needed something.
Coffee maker and fridge in room.
Shopping center with a supermarket and Starbucks across the street which makes it easy if you need something that the hotel mini store doesn’t have.
My room was upgraded to have a lovely view and fire pit.
Note that the hotel is undergoing some facelifting. I didn’t mind. It was nice and quiet and I can see how nice the improvements will be.
Quick driving to downtown Palm Springs and right off the freeway. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here for a conference. There was an issue with one of the lights but they fixed it right away. Many of the fixtures were loose.
The room did have a beautiful view of the mountains.
I love the Mira Bar area and decor. It’s wide open with lots of seating.

The location is not ideal to the main strip
In Palm Springs, but it is away from the hustle and bustle.
The resort and staff need to be updated. For Hilton Diamond members, do not expect the same service you come to expect from other Hilton facilities. Honors parking was a joke, the staff do not acknowledge you or attempt to take care of your needs. We had some room issues that we attempted to have resolved that took 4+ hours, or were not resolved at all. There are other facilities we have stayed at that are better options.

A little bit further out from the hustle and bustle of downtown Palm Springs but offers a relaxing environment to kick back and have fun.

It was ok. The rooms were hot. Had to ask for a fan. Got charged $75 more for a dog. The room service was good. The shower we had was just wide open and got everything wet. The fire pit needed an engineer to start and stop. Too hot anyway. Far from Palm springs.

This hotel is horrible!!!!!!
I have a service dog. I have a doctor's letter and a service dog certification.
But, my dog barked, but charged for $75. They say it's a pet-friendly hotel, but it's not.
The lady named cyndee ,She’s was very rude to the guests and racist towards me because I am Asian. She’s white
I will never come back to this hotel and I will tell people around me not to. So please don’t go there!!!

Though Im sure the hotel is a great stay you better pay attention to the fine print when you book this spot. Planned to stay there but had to cancel reservation once we found out about the semi-hidden "resort fees." When you book a room or get this hotel as part of a travel package the hotel will assess you an additional $60 usd per day per/ person "resort fee" .

The bar has great food and a good atmosphere to just hang out. The golf resort is a nice comfortable course to play and the golf package is a great deal.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Unfortunately, it was only for a night, but I'll be back. I booked the stay thru AirBNB, and there was a mishap. Samantha at the front desk was able to re-book the room, which saved me about $80 and helped resolve the issue with AirBNB. Thank you Samantha. After checking in, I might have ventured to the pool bar where Marco made some great margaritas and made you feel at home. Thank you Marco!
What a great place, can't wait to return!! Matt

Rooms: Clean and up kept. Took way too long to get towels when requested.
Nearby activities: Golf and on site restaurant. Restaurant next door. CVS very close. Very good location.
Food and drinks: Very nice bar right in the middle of hotel with plenty of TVs.
