We have used this location several times in the past 10 years, sometimes very short-term and sometimes longer. The customer service has always been great and they've always been very accommodating.

I'm not one to waste my precious time writing reviews for businesses unless I believe it's absolutely crucial. It's only fair to be informed about what you're getting yourself into, right? You'll quickly realize that when you initially rent a unit, Elena is all smiles, but soon enough, dust will start piling up like there's no tomorrow due to their poorly insulated doors. The locks are basically a joke. I've repeatedly reached out to the office, begging them to address the lack of dust prevention. In your first month, you'll be greeted by a lovely layer of Palm Springs sand, and after six months, it'll be a solid 1/8 inch deep. But wait, there's more! Once the so-called "first month rent free" deal is over, you'll be hit with a bill of $571. Extra Space is a massive corporation hailing from Utah, run by the Mormon church. If that doesn't make you want to pack your bags, then I'm fresh out of ideas.but please let me clear its the site manager that is the biggest problem last week the gate was open all day and next thing i knew police were chasing someone right past me as i was moving out. I have video to show any one interested.
