So this is my first time using a storage facility I didn’t know what to expect sometimes certain environment. You get people that don’t care about their job and aren’t very helpful. That is not the case here. Olivia was extremely personable and helpful every step of the way. She went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable leaving my things in their care vI would highly recommend
