“Wow, it's been such a long time when I first talked to Bill in 2007, after we bought a cabin up in Lake Arrowhead. When we bought the cabin i did not know Bill . Two weeks after the purchase and escrow already closed I received a phone call that the insurance company we assigned could not ensure the cabin. I was in shock that I had to find another company! Back then you had to look in the Yellow Pages to find insurance . After calling many insurance agents and not getting anywhere , I dialed "Bill Youngblood insurance agency" .Bill and me had a great conversation , with him explaining home insurance including getting it at great price! “We were traveling on the east coast and the windshield on our motorhome broke. I tried calling glass companies while out there but most of them didn't want to fix it. The ones that could fix it couldn't get the windshield for 7 to 10 days. The crack didn't get bigger so we waited until we were back.I called these guys. Put down a deposit and they were in front of my house fixing the windshield 3 days later.Alex and Martin were on time. Took care when taking the windshield off and putting the new one on. And they were very efficient.... even with me talking to them the whole time. Haha.I would most definitely recommend using them for your windshield needs!”

Services to review my Auto policy & to report a Rental Ins. claim..I spoke with Laura, who was very helpful in explaining my rental ins. policy & connected me with the carrier to proceed with a claim..she also was helpful in reviewing my current auto insurance coverage to do comparatives in my consideration of changing plans..my ins. knowledge on both auto & rental ins.is minimal & she was patient & helpful with both. Broke it down what she said and told her that was illegal because it was theft. 2 other workers were staring at her as if telling her, Shut your mouth,he is right!
