A very special thank you to Alan and his colleague, who did an absolutely outstanding job installing our new tree and relocating another one. They were professional, meticulous, efficient, and incredibly hardworking from start to finish. They took the time to make sure the trees were positioned exactly the way we wanted, allowed us to make adjustments along the way, and offered their expert advice whenever it was helpful.
The results are fantastic—the trees look absolutely amazing. We were also extremely impressed by the care they took with our property. When the work was finished, everything was completely cleaned up and washed down. They also took the time to explain how we should care for the trees going forward. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really showed.
We also want to give a special thank you to Ed, who helped us from the very beginning. He drove right up to greet us, took us on a tour of the nursery, listened to what we were hoping to accomplish, and walked us through which trees would work best for our needs. He was knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to work with.
From our first meeting with Ed through the final installation with Alan and his colleague, our experience with GDNC Nursery was truly top-notch. The professionalism, customer service, work ethic, and quality of the finished work exceeded our expectations.

“This nursery is awesome. There prices are some of the lowest in the area at least for 15 gal Red Bird of Paradise. They are friendly, speak both English and Spanish. Great Nursery all around.”
“Don't do what I did by showing up right before they close. Its bad as a customer. Eventhough I did, he helped me right away and had the part I needed along with additional information around the part, if I needed that as well. I am very appreciative of the willingness to help last minute. He even helped another customer shortly after me. I will absolutely return.”
“This is an old fashioned nursery where there are acres and acres of plants arranged by container size. I asked a gentleman who was working in the nursery If it was okay to drive down the different paths. If you have a particular plant in mind or have a question, you're going to need to ask for assistance. The pots are not labeled. If you want to know whether something is appropriate for sun or shade, or whether it is a perennial or annual, you're going to need to ask. Wear shoes that you don't mind getting muddy or dirty. I found exploring the different plants interesting and the place quite charming. I'm gonna need to do some research before I go back, so I am better prepared to ask questions.”
“My experience at the Nursery was Great I got There and had mentioned that my neighbor had recommended me who is a Long time Customer of them .I Wanted a Meditaranean Palm in a 36"box they Showed me Their Selection I picked one out They brought the tractor And Loaded up on my truck and was out of there in About 30 min !”

Anne is always such a delight, so helpful and knowledgeable. The shop is beautifully curated with gifts, cards, candles, and touches of Michael Aram throughout. It’s the kind of place best enjoyed without little ones in tow, calm, inspiring, and filled with charm. Especially around the holidays, it’s pure magic with the most exquisite displays of plants, flowers, and the most tempting cheese spreads. A very special spot to visit.”

“Decent Home Depot in Rancho Mirage. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot, unlike the store in La Quinta. They did not have what I needed in stock, but I was able to order it online and it will be shipped free to the store for pickup. What I wanted was a little niche so not a big deal.”
“Xitaly helped me find a couple things in garden and in paint i really appeciate it i was in a rush and it was close to their closing time but she still took time from being what looked like she was busy to help. Overall ive had good experiences at this store but i do notice the older older employees arent as helpful as the younger ones. Sometimes the shelves products in the light bulb aisle can be confusing. But in general good bang for buck during sales at this location. And better atmosphere in general compared to the indio store”
