If you're leaving your car for a recall service, prepare yourself to be put on the unimportant list. Made an appt for service at 7:30am, I was promised a txt with the inspection details by afternoon. But I recieved no update at all, so I called right at 5:30pm and was told the Mazda service team was gone already and they close at 5:30.

I didn’t buy my Mazda at this dealership, but have been coming here for service for over a year now. Have to give it to them - they are consistently fast, honest and they have a great lounge area to wait during service work. Usually in and out within two hours and lots of amenities. Getting my car serviced in LA was usually an all day affair. Very happy bringing my car here

I have bought 5 cars from different dealerships in the past 4 years. Out of those, there's only one place I would return to for my next purchase and that's Palm Springs Motors!I have experienced some of the most horrible and dishonest car salesmen in the past and each time it turned out to be an expensive and stressful ordeal. However, that was NOT the case over here. I spoke to Roy on the phone and he had an upbeat personality, without being pushy or annoying. We arranged to come in the following day to finalize the paperwork. We were greeted by the sweetest, most helpful person I've ever dealt with, so getting a clearance deal made the car decision even easierThe financial guy (I forgot name) really went out of his way to get us the very best interest rate, as well as a great price on an extended warranty. When we were all done, both my husband and I felt good about our purchase, and happy with the easy transaction. Leaving in our new CX-5 without feeling taken advantage of, made this a 5 star experience.One last thing, we will definitely be back, and we'll ask for Mr. Clarence to assist us with another great clearance sale.I posted a picture on yelpThank you!

I had a scheduled trip today to get our cx9 serviced and a new windshield due to a rock chip q a few days ago. Wally our service guy is great, very professional, knowledgeable and prompt getting our car taken care of. We greatly appreciate everything and will keep coming back ??

My experience with Alex Alvarez was 100 percent positive and I highly recommend this dealership as well. Alex walked me through the process in a very considerate, respectful way that created a surprisingly pleasant and pressure-free experience. I sensed I was dealing with a high-integrity professional. There has been a dramatic increase in the quality of service over the past couple of years. The customer-oriented mid-service video is fantastic, and the (to me) new lounge area in the dealership is three times as comfortable as the parts lounge. The temperature is very cool and the fantastic coffee dispensed from the surely expensive machine is delightful. Some basic snacks to absorb the coffee would be appreciated for those longer service appointments, or if you would kindly implement a minuscule extended grace area on your Lyft pickup option, I could get home and back next time. Overall, appreciated the work.

To the General Manager of Palm Springs Motors, Mazda Dealership i.e., Services dept.I am the owner of a 2007/08 cx-9. Beautiful car first SUV out on the market. I just acquired this car almost a year ago. It had 192,000 miles on it. But it was maintained and kept very well. One of the first hands free cars with phone and and mode options in the steering wheel, with a Bose sterio/media system. WHICH BY THE WAY ARE NOT WORKING BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE THE SYSTEM DISKS TO DOWNLOAD OR TROUBLESHOOT.Present day I have.been notified of 2 recalls on this model. 1) airbag blows out metal fragments.2) Lower control arms witch are part of the drive train and determines the wheeldrive system in this model.You are the closest dealership to bring my car to.Since it is classified as a recall and one that affects the safety of this car, meaning can be life threateningYour service advisor thatIs in charge of project recall doesn't think that my car or myself are a PRIORITY .and will not furnish a loner car. I live 43 miles one way and am disappointed that this has left me without A VEHICLE for 3 days maybe more. So therefore when it really comes to service and fixing your manufacturing problem s that IM MADE TO suffer without a vehicle.So I rescheduled my appts in hopes that I would be provided transportation for those days to fix my car. Again I scheduled to bring in car with still no loner car available. Because? not available. WHICH I BELIEVE TO BE FALSE AND YOU SHOULD BE HAVING LONERS AVAILABLE EVERYDAY. I should be high priority and a loner should be provided period.I had plans scheduled for my birthday and you will probably still have my car for 2 days or more. So yes it definitely effects my life and I'm pissed at how much you really care andPrioterize your customers because of faulty life treating machinery.So yes you get a 3 only because I like Mazda and I know what they build. Anywhere but here for Mazda service.Do not use this place for servicing your Mazda unless it's zero cost warranty work only. And even then, I wouldn't trust they will get it right so consider just driving ~50 miles to Temecula Mazda or Spreen Mazda.Nick the "one stop service provider" is a power tripping nobody looking to ruin someone's day. He can't solve anything and just says he'll "need more time" to talk with others who actually do the work (poorly).The car issue I arrived with, I left with. I even returned immediately pointing out the same error code but the only suggestions were another $190 min. charge to look at the problem they didn't diagnose with the first $190 I paid.Hard pass.

Bought my '23 Miata couple of months ago and I can't stop smiling ? it's been a great car. Buying here was a good experience- no pushy salespeople and they welcomed my bank's financing. I also brought my car for service and they actually send you a full video of the entire thing- it's transparent AF. I like that honesty especially when repairs are needed. I would definitely buy here again, I'll keep bringing my baby in for their excellent service dept. They also have a shuttle so no wasting time while they work- thanks for the ride to the gym!!

I took my 2021 Mazda 3 Sedan in early today because it had a warning message come on... "Engine Malfunction, Have The Vehicle Inspected." which alarmed me as the engine began to run rough. The shop was busy but they would work me in. My Service Advisor, Nick Thron offered a loaner car since they didn't know if this would be a simple fix or take a day or longer. I got a new CX5 to use, at no charge. I then received two videos from the technicians in the early afternoon... The videos showed all the work that they performed... A complete inspection of the car that included pulling the air filters, topping off fluids, measuring the tire and brake pad wear for each wheel, a battery load test, and a diagnostic test to locate the engine warning problem...which turned out to indicate a large leak in the evaporative system affecting the engine performance. Once they knew that they performed a vacuum leak test with a smoker device to see where the leak was. Turns out the leak was very simple... The owner (me) didn't get the gas cap on tight enough the last time he fueled up his car. The cap was on...seemed fine when they gave it a look, but was not seated tightly. Once they discovered this they inspected the gas cap and gasket, tightened it, and cleared the engine warning message. They performed a very, very thorough servicing of my car and learned that it was running rough due to a simple error on my part. They did not assume anything...they did a diagnostic and performed a leak test...to get it done right! I came in and picked up my car which was spotless (I keep it that way...and they did too) and was told that these diagnostic tests and the other included services...would be at no charge to me! I can't thank the technicians and service advisors enough!! Nick Thron you're the best there is, Wally you were helpful in every way, and a big thank you to the video stars and technicians Jeffrey and Adam. Thank you again Nick, I appreciate everything!! And if you're reading this to learn how this Mazda team performs...take it from a guy who keeps his engine dust free in the desert... This team is the best!

Beware of this place. They will try to sell a car as is. How do i know the paper on the window stated as is and when asked they said oh no thats something else and tell you it has warranty when it doesn't. Which is illegal to do. They will run your credit without your signature which is also illegal and they don't want to tell you the credit score and if you ask for it they tell it doesn't matter while trying to give you the highest interest rate possible outside of what is on the market all while using someone elses desk that seems to be a Christian. They should be ashamed of themselves.When I was there I heard a couple asking about the contract because they had so many mark ups and fees that was never discussed.After going to different Mazdas after this dealer we realized all the suspicious and questionable and illegal things that this dealer did. Do not trust them. Do your homework before going there.
