“Mike is awesome. He is always very fair and extremely honest. He’s told me when things I bring in are worth more than I thought, so it’s easy to trust him when it goes the other way and they are worth less than I’d hoped. The items I’ve bought from him have always been of great quality. Highly recommend Desert Jewelry Mart.”

“Valeria was fast, efficient, and pleasant to work with. It hurt having to sell some items, but that's what its there for right? She also got me excited for buying some stuff back off them, when the time is right. I was in and back out in under 15 minutes.”

“Thanks to some great reviews I read online, I visited The Jewelry Vault & Loan today and had an exceptional experience and transaction. I was helped with a few pieces to sell, provided some information on a piece I own, and referred to somewhere I can go for help with a necklace. I will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone.”

“So I came here because my fiancé's ring was too big in size and he took his time with us to find her right size and all. Ring came back four days later like he said it was and it fit perfectly. The price was cheaper than anyone else I had called in the Palm Springs area!”

“I was across the street at tri a bike to buy a bike but left with sticker shock. Walked by Rocky’s and saw some bike out front and decided to check it out. Went in on a whim and saw a perfect bike for me. Ken was working the counter and was super cool and and willing to make a deal. I bought the bike and left with a big smile. Thanks Ken and Rocky’s Pawn shop for being in the right place at the right time.”
