Tony and his crew went above and beyond to fix my 96 mustang after I was taken advantage of by another mechanic. The work they did to save my car was extremely labor intensive. My thanks to Tony for helping me when he did. I am a lady and a senior citizen so trust is everything. 😎

We were stranded in Palm Springs with car trouble and it was diagnosed as an electrical problem. We took our car to Performance Plus Automotive, taking the chance they would know how to fix it. They diagnosed an oxygen sensor problem and had the sensor replaced in no time so we were able to continue our trip. It was done quickly, efficiently and the cost was very reasonable. I don't know what we would have done without their help. Thank you so much Performance Plus Automotive!

They have been great for us! We have an Accord and a Metris, and have given up on taking them to the dealers since finding these folks there years ago!. They do great work, prices are reasonable, and the office staff is always informed, helpful, and pleasant!

Had a engine misfire. Wanted wires changed and was told no its the cylander and you need a new engine. Took it to another shop and was told they can see the wires sparking. Changed the wires. Can runs well with no misfires. I was a customer for 6 years.

Had 6 come backs on my truck, 3 days of work turned into 3 months!
- They forgot to bolt down a new engine mount.
- Forgot to resecure the skid plate and it fell off.
- They damaged my sparkplug wires.
- They took out the infotainment center and steering wheel controls
- They had to redo the lower oil pan gasket
- They had to reset my computer because the radiator fan suddenly started to run full throttle when off, wiping my updates for Android auto support.
- Just now realized another bolt was discarded holding my brake caliper in place when they checked them.
Edit to Add: On one comeback I said I now had a grinding sound. They located the grind and told me it was my transfer case, nothing to do with their work. After replacing the transfer case, I had the same issue. Come to find out, the electrical incident that led to wiping my computer and required new spark plug wires also damaged the transfer case control module. Their incompetence has cost me thousands of dollars and a year of headaches.

Excellent customer service. First time customer bringing my car in for repairs as the dealership charged me almost double what this placed offered, as expected. They are very clear and transparent about their prices and are quick and accurate to get you an estimate. Friendly and passionate people who own and work here.

They tried to overcharge 2-3x my daughter for her car for the most basic service. They will try to overcharge you and not deliver. Bad services, bad quality, bad prices. Don't come here.

I took my 2014 Honda Civic Si into this shop for a Air Conditioner problem that 2 other shops could not Figure out. Turns out that the condenser was clogged and they replaced it and now my Air Conditioner is Ice cold. I love this shop Beth the service writer is very knowledgeable about cars. I recommend this shop. Thank you for figuring out my Car and fixing it for me.

Had them install a motor and they didn’t connect some of the wiring harness plugs, so something’s where not working. And the a/c was leaking , Infiniti replaced the 3 dollar o rings that should have been replaced to fix the problem. And the radiator hose where leaking, they said it was the radiator.. I took it to Infiniti for a recall and they caught the problem that this shop never fixed . Very poor work , I would not recommend this shop . Not a reliable shop .
