We left our previous property management company because of their lack of expertise. Personalized Property Management (PPM), has brought expertise, knowledge and experience to our HOA Board and community. As a Board member I feel we are now functioning better by having PPM.

I retired from a property management company that I oversaw for 40 - years, I know what it is like to deal with owners, boards (HOA-types) and above all the owners/residents. The staff at PPM (Shelly Ruegsegger and Nick Evans, the folks I interact directly and true professionals. VERY responsive which is key to being a good property management company.I would highly recommend this company and even though it is a large company, the take every inquiry and make it feel very personal and do their best to respond in a timely manner.Thanks to both of them and PPM for hiring such good people

Shelly is an AMAZING ? hoa manager. She answers all her emails on time! Goes beyond the call of duty to help existing homeowners get answers, and follows through on work orders. She is a HUGE benefit to the hoa community. She is loved! Thank you Shelly for simply being YOU!

This is NOT a consumer friendly company. The only way to pay your HOA dues is to use the Postal Service, which has lost at least 1 of my payments forcing me to pay a late fee or to give them complete access to my checking account. This is the 21st century. To pay with a credit card you have to pay a fee of over $11.00. This is flat out ridiculous.

Terrible costumer service experience. Went in asking for help on getting a Sticker Tag, someone employee did it want to help in translating in Spanish for me and acted as she didn’t speak Spanish. Was making this transition very difficult for me. They do nothing to help and make in very inconvenient for homeowners.

I requested a gate decal... it took approximately greater than 4 weeks for me to receive. A majority of poor communication between employees and very defensive. Now the POBOX for payments changed. LIAR employee claimed, they sent notices to homeowners since august... nothing in my email or snail mail to say otherwise. Get your act together please

Lol..... Rich W responded to my original Yelp post with a listing of my previous payment and it ends up just showing another issue within the accounting department! The dates he indicated I had are impossible and incorrect in their system. Those are the dates I mailed them through my local Post Office.

During the last Automn one early morning through my kitchen window, to my awe, l saw a huge flood in the front patio of my condolesense. lmmediately, l e-maied Rod informing him of what looked like a total devestation. A half hour later two men arrived at the location where they discovered a ruptured sprinkler tubing. Thanks to them, my day was save!❤
