I just needed tweezers! That's it! And it's Sally Beauty. But the employees were both helpful and super friendly and cheerful. They liked their job and appreciated their customers. The shop was clean, well organized and was full of merchandise- which made it easy to find what i was looking for AND have some choices. It's " only" Sally beauty, a place where I can run in, grab what I need and scoot out rather quickly. The vibe was friendly and helpful, which isn't always the case. Seemed " review worthy "!

Update your hours often because we customers waste our gas to go to you guys and find out you guys close at 6:30 and not 7 as advertised. Be more considerate please.

Lately You'll be lucky to find a worker in Sally's that Knows ANYTHING about their Products. Yes, they say "Welcome, let me know if you need any help" but God Forbid You Actually Need Help with Something, like Nail Products that are All Different & Can't be Used or Mixed with the WRONG Products from Different Manufacturers! I Wasted Lots of Gasoline making Too Many Trips to Sally's in Cathedral City over the last 2 months looking for the CORRECT Refills for the Nail Kits I've Purchased Here. Each Time I was Sold the WRONG Item. I'm thankful they Refunded the Cost of a Couple of those Items but Unfortunately I didn't bring back 1 item Quick Enough and was told today they can't take the $11. Item back even though THEY Picked Out And Wrongly SOLD this Item to Me! I was Clearly Asking for Something Else and I shouldn't have to Lose Over $10.00 on Something I Can NEVER USE, All because I Trusted that Their Workers, that Clearly Have NO CLUE What Goes with What, were Selling me the Proper Items Each Time! Finally Today after they ADMITTED they Don't Even Have What I Need AND Kept the Money for this Item I Can NEVER Use, one of the Girls said, "Why don't you just go one line and order it?" Um maybe cuz I wanted it Right Now! I asked if they could Order What I Needed and was told, "No, we just get what they send us" WTH??? I need to find a New Beauty Supply!
