I was with my friend when he came here for a haircut, and honestly I feel uncomfortable because I was the one who recommended it. From the very start everything felt unprofessional. He walked in and asked if they were available, the girl said yes, and then she basically tossed him over to another barber with no experience, like passing a ball around. That’s when you realize just how unprofessional this place is.
I don’t understand how a barbershop can let people with no foundation or real experience cut customers’ hair. And then they have the nerve to charge $35–$40 for work that doesn’t even meet basic standards. Sure, other barbershops charge $50, but at least they’re real stylists who know what they’re doing. Here, if you trust them, you’ll leave disappointed. I was looking around the shop and honestly none of the barbers seemed capable of doing a clean, professional cut.
Yes, it’s a newly rebuilt shop, but don’t be fooled—if you come here, they will ruin your haircut. In the end my friend wasted $40, and I even told him not to pay because what they did to him was pure disrespect. For anyone reading this: avoid this place. There are no professionals here, only opportunists who will take your money and destroy your hair.

I don’t like writing negative reviews, especially for businesses that are just starting out. But my experience here was unacceptable. Allowing inexperienced barbers to cut customers’ hair is a huge mistake—you come in expecting trust and a clean cut, and instead you leave with regret.
All I asked for was a simple, clean cut with a fade. What I got was a disaster: uneven sides, one higher than the other, and no real technique. I even had to ask another barber to try to fix it, but the damage was already done.
I ended up paying $40 out of pity, but honestly, I should have walked out. In the end, I shaved my head down to a zero myself just to get rid of the mess they left behind.
This barbershop recently changed its name, but don’t be fooled—it’s still the same incompetence. I would not recommend anyone trust this place. I will never return.
If you value your hair and don’t want to waste your money, avoid this shop. I’m posting a photo so you can see the mess they made and how they ruined my hair.

My daughter and I will not be returning. The two ladies that work there are very RUDE. My hair cut took less than 5 minutes and she did not allow me to sew with a mirror that back of my hair. The other lady was frustrated with my daughters hair TEXTURE.

Worst haircut of my life, I have no clue how the female barber in the first seat on the left was ever passed by anyone to be in this profession. It was so bad, people in the car I was driving noticed.

Almost never a wait. Clean. Competent and engaging staff. A simple haircut, every 90 days or so.

I had a full color and cut. Nora was my stylist and she did a great job. I made an appointment in person and they got me in within an hour. They also allow appointments ahead of time for color service. The staff was courteous, efficient and did a great job. I will go back!

They don’t take online reservations and don’t answer their phone. But when you arrive they will ask if you have an appointment.

Nora is a fantastic colorist, stylist, and conversationalist. I am so glad I found her. She always makes herself available to me and always does a good job. I trust her advice when I ask her opinion, and she’s never disappointed me. 5 stars for the Cathedral City Supercuts for quality, convenience, and cost.
Stylist: Nora does a great job giving me blonde and caramel highlights to my dark brown hair.

People and their reviews make me laugh- miserable, weirdos ! Nora cut my hair and I LOVE it! After going to fancy salons for years I came here and was hoping to get who I now know is Nora & lucky me I did ! Liked her so much I am back today so she can give me highlights & low lights. Love her vibe, professionalism, & talent ! Both times I’ve been here all employees are friendly, & they greet people right away. Clean shop & bathroom. Good music playing. Everyone come here & ask for Nora !!!!!!

Today I was there for the second time since I moved to Palm Springs. It was around 1 ish in the afternoon. I got to tel you, the young lady and young man were totally professional. I have to give the young lady who cut my hair on my first visit great accolades, and today the service was even better. I asked for a beard trim, and the stylist gave me the best beard trim I have ever had. I do not know who owns this location, but you have amazing employees. You have gained a new full time client, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️x 100
