I had a great experience purchasing and taking delivery of my new Model 3. Virginia was great helping with the ordering and Aman was great and patient during my delivery appointment. Car looked great when I went to pick it up. I love my new Tesla! Hope the service side is as good as the sales side.

The service department has excellent customer service skills by accommodating to customer concerns and addresses every matter as if it was their own. Damien has exceeded my expectations and I am truly grateful. I took my car in for an air conditioning issue, Joe was able to have the issue resolved in a timely matter while providing outstanding customer service. Joe is truly an asset to Tesla. Thank you

I get a call a day before my pick-up to be notified that my car is damaged. They gave me an option to get it fixed or wait. I had to pick up another car at Irvine, cancel my 3rd party loan, and reapply with Tesla at a higher interest rate (because I couldn't use the 3rd party loan check with a different VIN). This was a disastrous experience and wasted a whole day. It's not a good way to begin my Tesla experience.

Tesla service sucks!!! NEVER BUY A TESLA VEHICLE.I booked a mobile service appointment and the technician never showed up. I took off work and waited for 4 hours at home to eventually not have a technician arrive as scheduled. I attempted to inquire about my appointment in the Tesla app because you can't get a live person at the service center. Buried inside the app there was a message that the appointment had been cancelled by Tesla. I received no notification via e-mail or telephone. Why would I assume that the appointment had been canceled and I should go in search of a message inside the app? Tesla manages to e-mail you confirmation of the appointment but doesn't send you an e-mail or phone call to notify you that the appointment had been cancelled by them. When I called the service location and eventually (after many attempts) got through, I was directed to a central call center who "had no visibility" to service appointment records. In other words, the call center was of absolutely no use. I've owned many Lexus cars and the customer service was impeccable. Tesla could learn from Lexus.

This place is amazing!!! Bernard was so great to work with when we had to bring our Tesla in for a couple issues. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of!! Really appreciate the exceptional service he and his techs provided. One of the staff in the showroom (I think his name was Alex?) was also really really super friendly, patient and helpful with any questions we had. Excellent service all around!!

Picked up a bolt and forced most of it into a tire on our new Tesla (6 days old). It's our only vehicle. I was able to drive it to the local Tesla store because they had inventory and could change the tire immediately. Definitely going to invest in a tire repair kit!

Exceptional service. My husband and I still enjoy owning our Tesla Model Y due to exceptional and friendly service of Tesla Palm Spring/Cathedral City Team specially Bernard and Robert. They are very nice, friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable, Bernard and Robert are a true assets to Tesla. Thank you so very much. We commend you for your exceptional service and always with a smile. Our car is not perfect but having you Bernard and Robert in the service team makes our tesla journey a good one. I took my car to Tesla to be fixed because I had 4 alerts. Joe decided not to diagnose all problems at once. So I could be charged twice. After I paid for the 12 volt replacement. Joe sends me a message saying it was going to 3000 to fix then a lady called me to knock it down to 1500. If you can knock half off you can bring that price down more. I had to pay for another diagnostic and still no A/C. I work as an educator for 20 years in the valley I will tell everyone I know to never trust Palm Springs Tesla especially not Joe. Ripped off by tesla

Walked in prepared to buy a new Tesla. Completely ignored, not one person even acknowledged our presence. We looked at inventory and were patient and finally gave up and left.

Professional service. They know their product, even though alot of questions were asked by myself, they never let that bother them, they continued to answer all. Price is what it is, that's because it's a Tesla.

This location is horrible, I had an appointment at 9am i had to wait wayyy longer I canceled with them and went to riverside , go to riverside they were amazing and on time and so helpful .
