I highly recommend this store. Derek Hernandez, the manager, is wonderful. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely competent. He consolidated my shipping items from 2 boxes into one and saved me a lot of money. I would go back to this store in a heartbeat.

Though the gentleman that attended us was kind and quick, there was a white woman with blonde hair and glasses that made a condescending and uncalled for comment about Mexico. While a foot away from customers, she continued loudly with her remarks, even calling to another coworker. I found this to be incredibly offensive, unprofessional, and uncomfortable for everyone else in the store as Cathedral City has a predominantly Hispanic population.

I experienced the best customer service ever they were so friendly helpful and very fast they new exactly what they were doing when it came to sending my items out without any hesitation I recommend for anyone that has mail or boxes going out UPS in cathedral is the place to go.
They make you feel welcomed and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied

I've used this store for 6 years. The staff is thorough, knowledgeable & nice! Never had a long wait in line as well. And it's a busy store.
