This has to be one of the worst UPS stores I've been to. The clerks are extremely rude and impatient. If they're not happy dealing with the public then they should possibly look for another job. The tall clerk is among the rudest.

Stay away from this UPS, they're downright rude and nasty. Afro guy and the plumpy white chick are the worse! They must have a thing going. They don't like to help unless you ask and ask and ask! Go to the other UPS down the street. They're helpful & kind

One of the worst customer service experience. The store clerk was unaccommodating beyond believe. My package was not delivered to my address, for unknown reason. It was dropped off at UPS store #3065. There were no information on My UPS website. We are a medical business and these were expensive supplements some of which required refrigeration . They had my package for several days without letting me know until I called the shipper. At that time, UPS website showed that store 3065 received my package and it was accepted by a person named Bell. The clerk told me that they don’t have my package. I showed him shipping details from UPS which clearly states that it was accepted by the store with the exact time stamp. He said it was accepted but it was not “checked in.” It didn’t make any sense. I asked him to please look carefully since he had only glanced at the pile of packages in the back. He said, just call Palm Springs UPS hub and basically asked me to leave. This store’s phone number never works, by the way. Worst customer service ever.

I would like to make a shout out to a young man named Stephen at the Cathedral City , Ca UPS store. I have been in 3 times this week returning Amazon packages and mailing a Christmas package. I appreciate his politeness and his help in the best way to send packages.

Horrible customer service, blonde lady with the tattoo. Less than thrilled to even help me with a package, even though the others yesterday were all great! Guess I need to come in the afternoon when THEY are here!

That blonde lady with the face tattoo is horrible for business. Wouldn't finish helping me, moved over to complete next person in line. Finished helping me after phoning owner/manager. I had to withdraw order and finish elsewhere. I will caution everyone to be aware of lady with upsidedown cross tattoo on her face. Serious attitude problem, not a professional person. Otherwise other customer service providers are amazing and are very helpful.

I never had a problem everytime I have been to this location but the girl with the blonde hair who has a face tattoo needs an attitude adjustment on the quick. No greeting whatsoever, it was an attitude right from the get go. I asked for a return label for an Amazon return and she was like well we are going to charge for shipping. Don't they just charge for the label? Then, just leaves me standing without any acknowledgement to the situation or what she can do to resolve the problem because she wasn't understanding me asking for a label return. If you don't know an answer, ask one of your associates to help and you can help the next customer?? I then asked her well can I login into my email to print out the label? She just paused... At this point, it's like do I follow you? You going to write down my email?Absolutely no interaction to helping. She just walked to the other side to their "seated area". Crickets was the response she gave me. Terrific service so far. Once, I finally tried to login into my email I was unable to remember my password & was having a difficult time retrieving it. At any given time this girl failed to mention, "mam if you can't retrieve your password you can send it to the stores email? WHAT THATS AN OPTION! Clearly, she forgot to mention that. She then rolled off in her chair talking to thin air to login into the stores WiFi because the WiFi was running slow. I had to ask her, "are you talking to me? At this point it seemed like she was talking to anybody but me. Again lack of acknowledgement. Another associate came to see what was wrong with the email and said well you can login into another computer of ours and login into your Amazon account and print the label. OH REALLY! Dang it she forgot to mention that too. Again lack of any problem solving skills. Instead her whole demeanor was snarky & was mouthing across the way to switch with another associate. That's supreme service there. At this point I was over it and was in disbelief that a person would rather be rude for no reason and annyoed at a minor situation. I went to a different location and I was in and out of there within 5 minutes or so rather than waiting like an idiot for someone that needs to be shipped to 101 customer service etiquette .

LMAO anyone who says this staff is rude is a wacko and needs to not leave reviews and get a life cause they’re clearly miserable (& most of their reviews show this because they’re all negative). I have visited this store A LOT- more times than I can count (almost every other week) & the staff is ALWAYS, yes ALWAYS polite.As well as patient, friendly & helpful.I went yesterday 7/19 around 5ish and the staff was great as always. So great I had to tell them. I assumed the younger looking blonde was the Manager because her customer service is ALWAYS so good and she’s ALWAYS polite. Knowledgeable too. She has amazing patience too- like way good! Eva, Corissa, Stephen (wears fly shoes), Julio (great music play list), & Melissa are a fu**in’ great group of employees and radiate what it means to be a team. I’ve been in customer service too long- shouldn’t be in it anymore actually- people are rude, cheap, lazy and mean- and many years as a Manager- and this staff is IT! Store is always clean too. Y’all are what’s uuuuuuuuuppppp & I hope you’re compensated accordingly.

Very disappointed with the service here. I've been to several of your stores and always received very good service with a smile. Had the complete opposite experience here. I'm hoping the franchise owner reaches out as the story of what happened with the staff is almost not believable it was so bad.

The service customer service is horrible. Everything was fine and to Julio started working there and now has gone down. It's horrible. I will not recommend the store to anyone.

So I try to always give places a second try, maybe the associate was having a bad etc. Well, let's just say that didn't work out. My husband walked up to the door at 6:01 to return a package hoping they hadn't locked up just yet since it was only 1 minute past closing and the associate was beyond rude. While they did accept the package the associate proceeds to cut my husband off and tell him he didn't need to hear any long story he was trying to get the f$&k out of there for the day. My husband's phone was freezing so the man started to get irritated and saying stuff like ... come man this is bullsh$&t! Wow just wow!!!!

I would never think to give a review to a UPS store but this one gets a 5 star. Amazing service, wonderful owners. My new go to!
