We were provided the best customer service by Maria, she was very busy and alone but kept her kool and beautiful smile.I definitely would highly recommend this location over all the UPS stores in the Coachella Valley ..Thank you very much ❤️

CJ the associate up front at store 5425. He is always very helpful. He knows his material and products, knows what might work best and is always cheerful and professional. I will pick UPS every time with help like CJ

If you’re a potential customer. You need to read this. I’m a Bostonian and believe me I would be spitting venom if there was something that was offkilter.
Whoever owns this UPS store deserves a pat on the back. I’m not kidding. Some of the other UPS stores are a bit harsh.
You guys absolutely get a five star review because the fact that I can get my frogs shipped and held at your location without any problems. My priority overnight shipments always come 10 AM. And that’s a big deal because it’s really hot outside.
I work with captive bred dart frogs that are nontoxic. Non-threatening. Safe! I’ve never had any problems. I don’t mind paying a fee.
This has helped my business significantly. CJ is fantastic. You guys need to get this guy a raise.

Great pickup and delivery service. I forgot my clothes in the hotel and went to another city. I called this UPS store for help. Although the store was busy, Maria still picked up my stuffs from the hotel on the same day I called. And I received my clothes on the next day. Maria has efficient communication with me, and her voice sounds good. Thank you!

I had a new employee help me send a package to canada. It been stuck for over a week.in the Canada UPS. They had an issue with the receivers phone number. It has a long out going message then being a small business the call mostly go to voice mail and they return your call. UPS did now have the patience and just placed my package to be returned to the US. Twice so far. Yesterday another long phone call UPS said the have corrected the issues and everything is fine and my package will be delivered in Canada on Monday or Tuesday. Today we wake up with another email from UPS again saying the packed is on its way to the return address. This is the most incompetent service I have ever had with UZpS and it’s cost me $80 to have my package because they did not do the international paperwork. UNSAT!

Edgar was useless and lazy. He sent me away originally stating that I had to go online to get a packing sticker, i went home and went online, only for the website to send me back to the store. I went back to the store and he stated he did not know what he was doing or how to ship the package, refused to call the manager and said that he would not help me and that I was out of luck and to come back Monday.

I was shocked at how fast they were yesterday, I was expecting a really long wait and that was not the case at all! They were fast, friendly and efficient. Kudos to the store for staffing appropriately and training so well, it's obviously ran very well. I only waited in line for maybe five minutes and when I got to the front they apologized for the wait like it was an hour. So gracious and so appreciated!
