My experience included with working with friendly, professional, competent, patient and courteous staff. I was also able to call this post office and ask a question on a matter outside of the prompts. I was pleased!

says my package was delivered in or at the mailbox at 2:15pm I come to see it’s not there I don’t know if they accidentally delivered it to someone else’s mailbox or what I’ve asked my neighbors and they haven’t received anything and it sucks because these people don’t care about what happens to your package you can’t even get in contact with anybody just horrible customer service!!!

The mo ron delivered a signature restricted document (meaning -it must only be signed for by the recipient with ID verified) to a different person. When confronted, the post office gave me the run around. How does America win the trade war if the post office can’t even deliver a letter properly? They have ONE JOB to do. No wonder nobody is wants to invest in manufacturing jobs in America. The human resources are terrible - self-entitled and incompetent.

I have mail that's never delivered about one very 2 months. Companies wait for payment and after 2 months, I have to Fedex them payment. This P.O. doesn't care about customers and delivery. Someone is screwing up and there's no management at all!

Getting out of your car in this heat is awful, But what's worse is getting really bad service, I waited in line for almost 15mins at this post office for nothing. How pathetic is it when a post office can't offer you 3 inches of scotch tape for a BDAY card. Wow what a humongous difference there is from one post office to another, at both palm springs post offices we always get Fantastic service, always super friendly clerks ready to help, I've gotten tape from them for various things. Unlike the Cathedral city post office their superiors do supply them with tape. This happened around 4pm today Wednesday

Try to speak with a human is impossible I don't really care for usps they always misplace items I get others items sometimes and they loose my mail .

It's amazing how many of my Amazon packages get lost at the Cathedral City post office! Even when I track my package, it reads they're out for delivery and then somehow it makes it back to the Cat City post office and then it's lost. Too consistent with "losing" packages.

Dreadful experience! The place is hopelessly understaffed for the number of people seeking postal services. This afternoon, the line was almost out the door, and only two of three counters were open.

Terrible, awful post office. One person at the front seems to know what she's doing and/or is capable of being professional. The others don't seem to have even basic reasoning abilities of any kind.It's useless to get into a line, because most of the workers will just point at someone and call up whoever they want.The "manager" was walking around the lobby dressed like....a stripper, maybe? A cocktail waitress? She was unpleasant to coworkers and patrons alike.All customer service to any and all customers was stopped for several minutes so that all postal employees in front of and behind the counter could participate in a conversation about how many keys on the office's keychain simply don't work.Need to remember to never, ever come here....but none of the other ones seem to be much better.

Post master Mira is awful really unprofessional . Has to get removed from her post Asap. If she can't be professional when talking to people she shouldn't be in that position.
