Came in for some jeans. Was minding my business not bothering the ladies at the front with any questions until I wanted to try on the jeans. Fitting rooms were closed therefore I had to go ask for assistance. Girl at the front seemed to be annoyed by my request. It was in the morning so I thought it's okay we're all moody and tired. Tracy rang me up later on and let me tell you that I could feel she was so bothered I was there asking questions about the sale and what my total would be. She almost refused the sale because I didn't have the physical card with me until I asked to split the payment. I get it, retail is not fun but go find yourself a job where you don't deal with people and where your presence doesn't ruin other's mood.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I don't usually write reviews and especially negative ones but my experience today was so uncomfortable I felt I must share with anyone thinking of coming to this location. Today I walked in and picked up some overalls that I've been saving up to buy for a while now as a worker comes up to me and tells me to leave the pants on the hangers. I had no problem with this and went about my business but I definitely felt uncomfortable with her tone of voice and the fact that she was on her phone when she said it to me. Costumer service hello?? Where have you gone? She acted like a girl in highschool (maybe she is).Regardless of me moving on, this girl goes towards the back and begins chatting about me to her co-worker. At first I think, "they're probably not talking about me" until I look back and see one of them literally pointing at me. I felt so uncomfortable standing in there, being talked about as I'm standing literally feet away from them. Everytime I come in all the female employees are bratty and rude, the only time anyone ever offered me help was over a month ago and it was a very kind gentleman putting away clothes.Truthfully, after reading other reviews and seeing the rating on this store, I can see why people have such an issue.Probably wont be coming here anymore even though its the closest cotton on near me.

Never before have I come across a clothing store that actively prevents customers from trying on clothes. Don't bother shopping here, they don't want your business!

I purchased a gift for a friend on Mother's Day, and provided a gift receipt. She went to return the gift and asked for store credit so that she could come back and shop later when she had time. They wouldn't give her a store credit, and said they recently updated their computer systems and it doesn't allow store credit or gift cards to be provided. The manager said she had complained to corporate several times since last year, but nothing was being done about it. This sounds very fraudulent and unethical to me. I am not shopping here again, knowing that anyone I've purchased a gift for can't return it. Beware!!

This is the dustiest place I've ever seen in my life. Dust particles are floating everywhere and there are huge clumps of dust on the floor. My eyes were watering and my nose was completely stuffed up by the time I left.

Sad to report that this store is no longer capable of selling good quality products that are good enough for normal, self-respecting human beings to buy. Bleghh.I'm not talking about just this location in specific though but Cotton On overall. The Century City Mall branch happens to be the closest location and my to-go to store for most of the clothing. At least it was last year. I'm a really tall person and finding something comfortable that's long enough to fit my giraffe like legs and monster arms is usually quite a challenge. During a year of isolation, while staying at home my closet literally filled with tees, fleece and regular hoodies, as well as sweatpants from this store. I used to rave about their quality for the price.For $30-$40 I could get really good clothes that wasn't any worse than Abercrombie or other, higher fashion brands that cost more.This year Cotton On is cutting costs. First they started making fleece hoodies without any fleece, then took the quality down on most other products.This weekend I visited the store. I was very curious to see if they introduced any new styles. I used to spend here hundreds of dollars and some employees already knew me by name. This time I walked out of there without buying a single thing. Not even a T-shirt.They dropped quality on everything! This is now really a store for teenagers only who may not really care much about quality. Even then, I'm pretty sure modern youth, with a higher sense of entitlement will want to wear items of higher quality that sits and feels really good.So right now Cotton on has the worst quality hoodies on the market. When I left the store this weekend I ended up going to the first floor of the mall to Abercrombie and Finch, picked up two new hoodies that I was so happy were a real quality product.As successful as Cotton On became at some point , unless they bring the quality back up on their products they will start noticing drop in sales and suffer eventually. I'm out.
